22 days and more should be deleted. This is way too long with 2 matches each week. 3 with cup matches. Not to mention the other official matches, CC and NT.

And 60% should be slight injuries, 1 to 7 days, 30% 8 to 14 days, and 10% the max of 15 to 21 days.

Correction: I ment, a 60% change to get a 1-7 days injury, 30% for 8 to 14 days, and only a 10% change to get a 15 to 21 days injury. Although 10% is still a bit high.

A-team striker

Yes, 3 are only slightly injured but the fact that 4 out of 5 are A-team defs are really annoying. But I'm not complaining... It's just a game.
If there's real money involved, then this would be extra painfull, but I don't really care. Maybe because the game isn't being taken care off as it should be... I dunno.

UP for Raul
82% out of 84 users voted for shortening the maximum length of injuries

Maximum length of injury should be
less than 14 days 29% (24)
14 days 32% (27)
20 days 21% (18)
30 days 18% (15)

That's the problem...

''out of 84 users voted''

There are at least 3000 active users so let's say 75 people voted to shorten the injuries, that means around 2.5% of all users actually voted to shorten the length of the injuries.
I'm not saying it's not a valid point, but statistically, you don't have a strong case here.
I think, the fact they stated that NT / U21 friendly matches will generate no more injuries, that will last longer than the length of the remaining minutes in the match, is the best they could do in short term. Maybe, if there will be still an increase of injuries in the future, it will become a stronger case.
I, myself have had my share of injuries within this a previous season, but it's part of the game. And that is still what it is... a game. It should be fun, but it should also be challenging. The only thing I would like to see changed, and it won't be changed soon, cause it is an ME change, is the stupid injuries, like receiving a pass...injured for 25 days. or walking with the ball... injured for 31 days... The risk events should be altered to a more normal situation in which a player can get injured.
Also...the injuries should be given a name. knee injury, foot injury, dislocated shoulder,... It gives far more immersive experience to the game. If people see...14 days, 20 days, 30 days, 45 days,.... it just ads to the frustration. If you see which injuries the player has, you can relate a bit more to the injury.
Also, devs spoke about staff to make the recovery go faster, so there's much hope it will turn out good in the future.
But for now...we have to try to get through with the means we have atm.

That's not the real problem here :-P

Of course people will respond that they don't want injuries

If you ask them if trainings should be faster by 33% they will also say yes

If you ask them whether everyone should get at least one divine youth every season - they will say yes

If a prime minister makes a poll and asks his people whether his country should print money and give everyone million euro, then guess what the answer will be ;)

Now, the problem is, that even though people want something, it doesn't mean that its good for them / country / game...

A football manager without injuries is lame and unrealistic.
I like a challenge, but it has to be on playable level...not extremely hard.

As I see it injuries wouldnt be a problem and would be realistic if 2 things would happen (hell, you could even increase the lenght for purpose of being more realistic):
1. Injuries wouldnt affect training or would affect it less - so your cool new shiny 5-10m 18y trainee wouldn't get rekt and lose tons of value by a single 30 day injury.
2. If everyone would be able to maintain bigger roster of up to 20 guys without losing average level of team. Would need more quality players into the game which could only happen by increasing training spots count (and probably slightly increasing number of decent juniors)

Close to 0 chance that such changes would be made as devs are more concerned to bring the level of players down instead of up.

I would be ok even if I had more injuries, as long as they would be let's say shorter than 14days. I did not have any injuries since a long time. But 25 days injuries that can last up to 40 days for older players are nothing but ruined game experience for many users.
2022-11-01 14:27:59
@raul can you trigger 7 injuries in 5 games to @borkos007 at least 5 of them on training slots to see how he will handle it...
2022-11-01 17:44:26
Injured players must be less then 14 days asap!!
As the new season is faster with 2 and 3 (cup) games every week!

And that will be the top of injuries.(14 days and no more)
2022-12-24 09:25:21
So Devs decided to limit the length of injuries to 0 days after all?
2022-12-24 15:54:20
I believe there intention was only NT friendly but since they hardly know the code most likely it's bug .. let's hope is hard to fix and they will leave it as low priority :)
2022-12-26 19:50:26
If the solution is to stop the injuries and training in the national teams, and simply lower the number of days of injuries.
