this useless discussion take away attention from an IT answer directed @raul:

In italian forum we noticed that removing 1 on 3 assistant coaches can result in a better training efficiency % in the new page.

What is the explaination?
-the new page shows only an "arithmetic average" of the 3 assistants, but for their job is better having 3 than 1
-the new page shows the real amount of training given by all assistants, so only 1 can do better than 3

I also read that people in Italy didn't seem to understand the new training system at all...
They were / are confused about general training, formation training and advanced training.

I think the removal of an assistant isn't a good idea... We also noticed that the view on the training pages is bugged...

there are some translation issues, but the system is unnecessarily complex and very poorly explained.
We are playing without the rules (the game manual) having been properly updated and we have to rely on posts and searches in the forums ...
let's do a quiz/test worldwide: I bet that 50% of users did not understand the "general" training.

general training did not change, they added formation training [or rather improved it and made it visible]

there might be still quite a few users that do not understand formation training and who confuse it with advanced training

This is my most talented player, and after the training changes, he just stopped improving. This is not normal and I am very sad about it. I have hope that it will rise on Thursday. And yes, he has good coaches, gets a lot of playing time and is in "advanced" training.

Sure. He had injury, so had to skip few weeks.

he will be fine. They reverted training speed back last week so he will be getting normal trainings now.

Yeah, but I lost alot, and i'm not alone...

Everybody lost same time of training. It was unfair for all of us.

It was more unfair to users training 23+yo than those who train 16, 17 or 18 yo

He did have 5 weeks of advanced pace training and 2 gt.
So that would even be possible with old system.
So not 7 advanced trainings.

But the slow training was terrible indeed.

EFF was 100% for many weeks. I imagine this is the "max" a player can get or I just don't understand.

he got 4 + 1 50% so he wouldnt pop yet with the old system as well most probably
