The red cross is injury.
So, after his last skillup, he got just 4 weeks training
and more than 4 weeks to skillup in 12 is normal even for talented players in the age of 20 or more.

Something weird is happening with 27 yo…. I have 3 trainees with 27, one is 15 tech and with today training he is +9 tech and some gts, then i have 2 27yo with +8 pm and no pop… one of them is 12 pm and the other one 14, if training is like before something is clearly broken here….

It was explained already... previous trainings didnt change, they are the 'slow' ones

So he has only 2 'old' trainings +x slow trainings
