Did you think about showing NT players skill only in match reports after the game? And it would show skills only for current match date?
NT coach will have to use player for atleast 1 minute in a match to automatically see his skills after the game. And if match was played on saturday 22nd October, coach will see skills from that date even 2 months later.
It will give possibility to check players/skills for NT coaches and in the same time doesnt kill social aspect of the game when NT coaches can ask users for players skills.

Seeing NT players skills doesn't kill any socail aspect of the game.
Nt coaches still could / should discuss with owners the training plan and evolution!

limit was 34 in old days, so 10% reduced it to max 30 i suppose.
Let me ask theoretical question - what would be better, to left injuries as it is now, and remove injuries from NT, of opposite?

I'm aware that injuries are not making anyone happy, but it should be a part of the game - even 6 official games is not a lot when you compare to real world (and players who can miss all season, or even end career), that is a tool to make you think about some extra players for substitutions, overall it is good for the game.


At least you could lower the probability of friendly matches' injuries.
They rarely happen in real life, if at all.

Specially NT friendly matches.


Squad rotation is almost not existing right now in sokker, I hope it will be someday a important part of the game too.

Could you provide us with more players on the bench (7) and more subs during the match (5)?
That would help with squad rotation.

But from where we would get those players to "rotate"? With only 10 training spots there is nowhere near enough quality players in the game to allow everyone to have bigger roster than starting 11 and some subs.

Maybe the chance to drop the stamina could increase when a player plays too many minutes during the week, depending on the age and current stamina level

For example:

20yo with formidable stamina could safely play 180 minutes
25yo with average stamina could safely play 100 minutes
30yo with tragic stamina could safely play 20 minutes

For players that play longer than their capacities, their stamina will tend to tragic. On the other hand, if they play safely, their stamina will tend to formidable, as long as their coach is good enough on that skill

In good game you should be forced to use different elements to achieve your goals, so you should use a combination of good training plans with transfers, financial management, tactic, etc. We need to make sure that any of that elements would be to strong comparing to others.

Well wild trading is actually an element that is too strong comparing to others,
Even after the 4 weeks limit you introduce.
Will you finally implement an algorithm to prevent wild traders to do it systematically and continuously ?

depends from your level - sure, when you have top class team its not easy to find replacement for messi on TL.
So you need to find someone weaker, but good enough to seve situation while its needed.

We cant resign from all dificulties in the game, it is necessary to make it challenging :)

Stamina deserves to be a full skill, up to superdivine.
And higher stamina should reduce the chance for injuries.

The match engine is not liked by many users. If you want to change the match engine, when would you change it as soon as possible? Do you ever think about it or can you give a date? Like after 1 season after 2 seasons after 5 seasons?

we are thinking about some reform of stamina, maybe including some additional % of fatigue after the game, combined with that skill.
It can be a interesting solution to force squad rotation, and some new strategic choices in the game (like to rest for your best player while facing weaker opponent, to save him for next game).

I'm afrraid it is the last part to be changed, so it take a lot of time.
I dont suppose we will start engine changes in 2023.

To be more clear about it - we are aware ME need to be changed.
But game is based on two a bit seperate systems - game interface, so all pages we are using during the day, and all algoritms behind it - and the ME.
We cant focus on both at the same time, so we need to follow some meta plan.

Interface and the other elements connected to it are our first priority from nay reasons - first of all, it was just a most urgent topic in terms of flash deadline, without interface updates game would be simply unavaiable.

Now we are somwhere in the middle of transition from old code and old interface, for new one, based on modern code.
There are still lot of old pages, we need to convert them all to make our next huge step - SOKKER APP release.
We want to end that complex change first, and after that will be a time to work with ME.

Well, i've heard last time, that a compromise is made, when both sides are unhappy from the result - i think that we have in that case.
Funny, at polish form there is opposite discussion right now, some users think that 4 week rule is to harsh.

Please wait for financial reform details, maybe some sulutions dedicated for game economy will infect also on that topic in good way.
