You change game for the worse,

faster training of juniors on low / medium skills will result in
no one will want to play the game for results and training unearthly+ skils, since they will know that they will be trained for 12-20 weeks,

Your assumptions are wrong, this is spoiling a good game.

You do not listen to our opinions, but you only spoiled the training of all players and you want to change it as it was originally intended to be in your plans,

That sucks for good teams and good players!

+1 @raul who will train NT players 27y + I know you do not care for this but you will loose lots of users around NT communities will encourage widely farming ...

I am also worried about training on higher levels. It seems kinda waste of precious training place to spend one whole season for older player to make one pop up on the very high level. Especially if I can buy some young player and enjoy pop ups almost every week instead.

I hope it turns out good. Some users that are complaining about some things that will be diefferent in future - it will be different for everybody , so imho those changes are not going to harm anyone. It looks like, this is intented for new users, to "catch" older user a bit faster. If you want results, then you are going to have to wait a lot more time to train your super players a little bit more. In a meantime, some new user is going to earn a lot more money training 10 youngsters and selling them for profit. In the end, it is user his decision how he wants to play the game. The harder it is to get to the top, the better. But it should also be super hard to stay on the top(talking about guys playing the game 15 years) and doing the same over and over, knowing how it going to end for them(super team, play a few season on top-rebuild and repeat).
With more skill levels, you will have to choose how to develop your individual players more carefully, and there are going to be a lot more "variants" of the players that play the same position. Instead of everybody having Att 3x18 and so on, users are most probably have to choose between tec and speed, which one should be higher. Diverse players are not bad. A mid that could do everything ( min 5x16) will be no more. More specific jobs on the field, will result in more diverse tactics. If all those changes are going to be really tested and fully implemented in the game, i thing we are going to have a super game where you will constantly be on your toes because somebody else is maybe doing that extra , that is going to let him beat you in a very short time. Let's just hope for the best.

I would not summarize in better way.
And still - we want slower training for high skills, but not so slow, as it is now - only a bit slower than it was previously.

So, training at high skills will also be faster then is now, but still slower then was before update?

The problem is that one of the main ideas behind the whole reform was to make the COMPETITIVE aspect of the game more interesting and profitable

At the same time now they make a change that makes it even less financially positive to compete and try to play in higher leagues

It will be even more profitable now just to stay in a low league and train 16-19yo players for profit

Who will decide to train older players for a whole season just to see them improve from magical to unearthly? It won't be a logical choice for anyone

One idea: Make the probability increase as the age increases. That would be comparable to real world. The length i guess it should be equal. but yeah, this many games, a lot of injuries and red cards, sometimes you just feel like the unluckiest person of earth. Im trying to squad rotate. I think its a good idea, i like the idea of having a strong squad being better then having a stronger starting lineup. But maybe reducing the probability of 20+ days, making it something that occur once or twice a season for a team, could be good.

Farm clubs have a high chance of causing users to leave the game. This is not new, they are solving one problem and generating another, in about 2 or 3 seasons they will place a money limit, to prevent farms from destabilizing the competition.

This behavior was already seen in Hattrick and there were players who earned about 3-4 years, saved enough and then there was no team that could stand up to him. Competing constantly will not make sense, it will be more beneficial to compete 2-3 seasons and farm 10-12 seasons.

More specific jobs on the field, will result in more diverse tactics.
how do we want more diverse players if we do not touch the ME.... devs always repeat that ME is last thing to touch not sure if they do not know how it works or its to complex in all cases we can't change all around way players are build without adjustments in ME...
and the new level if you do not touch ME how that level will affect the games or it will be just useless level

wings for example are crap with not at least 16 tech pass and pace and it also needs decent playmaking, especially on Nt level ..

@raul always avoids the NT part of the game but building NT players will be even more waste of money as its now

It looks like, this is intented for new users, to "catch" older user a bit faster.

that's bulshit old users will buy the best talents and will profit money too even more money old players will die at least in 10 seasons do you think new users will stay till that happens...

That change was made before and didnt worked that way. In the past there was no difference in training speed vs skill level, it was always around 4 weeks for talented players. Reform appeared, it was possible to pop one week after another on low skill level, and with 6-7 to devine. If there is 600/700% difference between low skills and devine, why we all still train it? It will be the same if that parameter will ne a bit higher.

Not so high as it was introduced right now, that was a mistake and we will change that.
