Asunto: [info] Training issue - solutions

That change was made before and didnt worked that way. In the past there was no difference in training speed vs skill level, it was always around 4 weeks for talented players. Reform appeared, it was possible to pop one week after another on low skill level, and with 6-7 to devine. If there is 600/700% difference between low skills and devine, why we all still train it? It will be the same if that parameter will ne a bit higher.

Not so high as it was introduced right now, that was a mistake and we will change that.

Of course I understand dude, my idea isn't change de ME, is only removing the limit of players by order can increase the tactical variety, a 361, 424, etc...

that's bulshit old users will buy the best talents and will profit money too even more money old players will die at least in 10 seasons do you think new users will stay till that happens...

Regarding the second, of course I understand that it will be shit to train players for the national team and as you say the idea is mainly focused on attracting new players and that they stay, as they want to do FORCING us all to be at the same level. Although I am also against this, maybe the change ends up being good, I don't know.

This is good news,
I'm just wondering how much will the training delay compared to the old one?

As you wrote earlier, it will be slowdown for 1 training session on magical/ unearthly skills?

what is currently disastrous and makes it not worth training good players

I understand and support your position.
If you discard the emotional component, then the truth is on your side. And the truth is this: high skills train for a very, very long time, much longer than we were told. This should be corrected as soon as possible.

its hard to point direct number, we need first to make some tests and simulations.
In young age 20-21 in old system was possible to get devine in 6-7 trainings - i think that our goal will be to change that for additional 20% max. and opposite - max 20% faster training for low skills. and that 20% of lenght should be probably a limit no matter the age, what is probably the key of current training problems, that age seems too important parameter.

It was our goal from beggining, we just didnt made to many tests on old players - and now we see that they are affected to harsh.

In the old system, pace training was a little slower as everyone got pace training. but now that only 10 players are training, the pace shouldn't be slow. The game is already slow. Pace training would be better if it progressed at the same pace as other workouts
2022-10-24 09:31:58
idea of slower pace training is just linked to real life, phisical skills are more difficult to learn, than technical one.
It is popular rule in many games, even in FM. It will stay as it was.

You have less slots for pace, but more for other skills, like GK or striker - i assume that with proposed logic you are fine to make that skills slower? ;)

Many users of Turkey complain about the interface. Some even quit the game. old interfaces were very useful. Wouldn't it make more sense to give users the option to use the old interface as the new interface in order to prevent users from quitting the game?
2022-10-24 09:45:12
at all new pages we have some new solutions, options etc - we cant afford to support two different interfaces, that changes are not avaiable for old pages, so we need to replace them one by another.
Sorry, but cant be done.

Accelerate the training of the older good players as soon as possible, because this training is dying out.

When can we expect changes in training speed for all players?
3-4 weeks?
2022-10-24 10:00:42
Raul para Jckpl
yes, 3-4 weeks max. More accurate timing will be known soon, problably till the end of this week.
We will announce news about it.

"idea of slower pace training is just linked to real life, phisical skills are more difficult to learn, than technical one."

But in real life players don't come out with barely any pace :-p , young players are already fast at 16/17 years old. Players with tragic or even average pace will not make it to 16 years old in youth schools of national leagues in real life either, so perhaps then the pace skill should differ in that aspect from the others as well then?

Youth school is waiting for reform - in fact it should be a matter of selection, righ now we have no idea what kind of skills younior have - probably we need change it somehow to give us some tips.

Nobody at least i haven't seen has addressed the following:

In the new training system, if i have a MID player who also needs defense skill, currently i do have to play him on a DEF role in order for him to pop in Defense. Why is it so? Because a MID player should be able to progress in defense skill while playing in MID role no?
2022-10-24 10:43:57
it was explained with the reform - our logic is, that right column skills are based on possitions. To laern how to be a good defender, you need to play as defender.
In other words you need to get real experience on that possition to develop skills dedicated to that role on field.

We decided to left some limitations for now, if it will be a serious problem long term, maybe we will decide to make it more flexible
