Asunto: Friendly League Bug?

If there is still 10 rounds left in the season, why the max number of teams is not 6?
6 teams -> 10 rounds
4 teams -> just 6 rounds

If I try to start with 6, will it work? or it will be picked just 4 teams anyway?

I can not schedule a friendly match. When i try appear "Invitation limit exceeded", but the game nor appears in the list.
