Asunto: NT injuries - voting

Voted for the second option, 3rd option is a no-brainer and will seem very appealing to most users...
But i think the 3rd option might create" friendpolitics"

On the other hand, maybe that coach will be voted out of office if this happens, or there should be some kind of rules in place to justify that players play for NT's
How much revenue would an NT player create in your team? Is the extra money cummulative?
If it's cummulative, doesn't that beat your intention for top teams to make less profit? As top teams have a lot of NT players in their squad?
How much money would an injured NT player create for the team?
Are we talking 20k? 200k? 2 mill? :'D


About the length of injuries:
I don't understand why you would double the amount of matches per week, but you won't halve the amount of injury-time...
That's just basic math, right?
Do injuries exist solely to make sure a player misses a few matches per season? Or do injuries exist to make players less profitable?
Because with the shortened seasons and the 2 games per week, we get punished in both of those options now.
Every training week is more valuable for trainees since the shorter seasons (reform).
We get punished twice as hard if we look at the matches our players miss versus before...

E.g. a player gets injured on wednesday for 30 days, he will miss already 1 training the day after, than 3 more trainings he will miss after that, even 1 more missed training if you don't want to risk playing him with a slight injury.
That's already 4/13 (31% training lost in 1 season) weeks a player misses training. That's close to a third of the season being wasted due to injury... Before this was 4/16 (25% training lost in 1 season) of a season, which was already harsh...
Before he would miss only 3 league games, now he'll miss a part of that wednesday game and also the 7/8 matches after that, that's more than double from what it used to be, because of the new format.
That's about 8 games without an important player vs before it was maybe 3
8/22 (36% missed league games) vs 3/16 (18% missed league games)

The balance of lost training and matches before the reform was ok, now the balance is off.

Max days per injury is now around 36, i think?
Make 18 the new maximum. Make 4 days the new threshold for players to have a slight injury.

Option #3 is a no brainer. Buy players from small countries, to boost income. I'll put my Filipino in starting squad - attendance boost. After 2 minutes in official match I'll have conditional to switch it with regular player. GENIUS!!!
Glad that before writing this as an voting option someone actually spend few seconds of thinking.

I think the benefits he mentioned are just examples of what could it be and not what it will surely be. If the is risk of some exploits or inflation increase or anything bad for the game, it probably won't be done. At least, it should not imo.

This is why from business perspective You are not making such statements (or in this case creating pool) when emotions are buzzing...
We (as users) seen that few times already:
- rushed training reform
- rushed league reform
- checkbox to show skills for NT coach
- NT injuries removal in friendly matches
- and currently suggested perks for clubs with NT players

Option 2 is the only one that would eliminate toxicity between some users (who don't want their players to play in NT, especially top older players) and NT coaches, and that's why I'm for it.

And about training benefits... Give 90% training for club friendly match (like it was going to be before it was changed in the last moment), this way the problem of training from NT would be mitigated.

this was a rumour (or part of the rules?) in the early days of sokker, but there was no evidence that this influence really ever existed

So is proposed by me option 4 which would be much easier to do, would limit some work which is currently needed and the effect would be exactly the same - complete lack of interest in NT.

If players continue to be injured in national team matches, no one will send the player skills to national team coach. There's no use playing a national game like this. please let the national team coach see the player skills

Indeed, option 4 would be perhaps the best scenario for the future of this game at all.

Users have difficulties with finances, some also have difficulties with tactics or training and for sure one more big problem, like injuries, is too much for our experience of playing sokker.

I know, that injuries were reduced and I am sure there is still playground to reduce them even more, in order to keep the experience of playing sokker in a relative high satisfactional level.
Even with less injury time, sokker will continue to be a difficult game
and it also will continue to be the best online soccer simulation of our times. ;)

and increase chance of injury (if happens) between 10-14 days
