Asunto: NT injuries - voting
It would be good if they bought a video game and were at home playing alone, sokker is a community, it won't be a one-person game, but a community.

It's a manager game, not a find-an-online-friend game. In the beginning there were ONLY clubs, no NTs, they were only an addition after some seasons.
If you want a community then you can as well go find a friend, it's a game.
I understand that you're not very good with your club, one glance is enough to see that it's very weak for a club from 2009 and you obviously try to overcompensate by creating theories that NTs are more important, but no, they are not. They are just an addition, a side quest for a very small % of those who are interested in them.

well its a key feature on most online mangers that attracts users so devs should see its a common goal for benefits not for just extra work for them...
community are build over time and even in beginning NT they did not existed history of sokker proved that is needed and now is important part of the game of most active users ..

It surely is but having or not having some extra training from NT that you can provide from your own team games has no effect on that. Acting like NTs would instantly die without it is foolish. If you care about your NT - it is about the games itself and the results otherwise it is just an exploit by users to get free training that they are hurt could get taken away.

Watching NT matches and following the results of the NT are also very different.
Even though I follow the Senior NT and want it to do well, does not mean I watch every single match.
As a follower I will watch only the important or close matches, but I will still continue to train for the NT.
There are a lot of old users who only play the game for the local community and for the NT, club results being secondary to the above. And this includes me. (secondary doesn't mean I don't care about my club, just that I care more for the NT).

In different countries is different but 200 coaches+ few more scouts it's around 400 people just directly involved
In my country I do poll 53 percent will not play the game if there is no NT 27 percent think is important feature and 20 percent do not care .
Decent percentage of people voted and our community is small but I think is like this in most small communities. In Poland is hard to make NT players so less percentage makes sense ..

I accept 3 position...compensation for injury-good idea and still have a proposal to increase player substitutions to 5.
