TES para Todos
Good morning, the frequency and length of injuries is too heavy for two games a week and training plan. I propose to include the possibility of a rapid treatment option (a sort of physiotherapy) which allows the player to recover from 30% to 60% of the injury. In my opinion
it could easily be applied in the same way as the already existing pitch maintenance: a specialized paid service (for example 50k) to be evaluated in terms of costs/benefits which would give greater support to the game.
I hope it can be useful.

I agree, but I also think the cost should be proportional to team's sponsor incomes, up to a maximum of 50k as proposed.

Maximum of 50k seems very, very low

In most cases (except for maybe totally reserve players) people would automatically use it without even thinking because the benefit would be much higher than the cost

50k is laughable

Cost of such operation have to be meaningful for the user, so he would sometimes use it when needed and sometimes not.

50k is so low that even 50+ yo players who played by accident and got injured would getvthat treatment.

The cost could also be not fully paid in money, could include e.g. form drop, skills drop or something which would make it an optional tool from this functionality and not an obvious necessity.

The focus here is give a chance to reduce injuries and let players be trained. Form drop is a understandable conseguence, while skill drop is not a wise option in my opinion. The cure is a solution not an handicap.
About the cost, I am sure wage x3 could a well balanced compromise.

Wage x10-20 to reduce half the time maybe. x3 would just be an operating cost everyone would use on each injury.

Another Idea
Form=psychologist
The form could be a hidden skill (like talent), so the psychologist could only treat 1 player a week (this way it could be fun to watch games and study player performances)

Raul will probably be in favor of something like what You wrote

I still prefer form/skills drop or something more than money-only cost

what is wrong with 'operation cost'? even in real life clubs pay a medician to recover players from injuries. wage x10 in my team equals 350k (worst case)... hey man you can buy an house with those money ;)
The cure has to be an accessible solution to get back soon the player and sometimes let him train even if injured on wedenesday.
In order to give everyone the same opportunity it could be limited to 5 time a season.

50k is a very low amount

that's equal to a weekly wage of a top player... that you pay anyway for 1-3 weeks when you can't use him...

the idea of a "doctor" to help injured players is interesting and was proposed many times before but it can't be that easy because if you set the price so low, everyone will just use it every time without even thinking about it, too easy

I'm also not sure if proposed wage x3/5 etc. is a good way to solve it since 16-21yo players have very low wages, so it would be a very low cost for them

I repeat: I agree, but I also think the cost should be proportional to team's sponsor incomes, up to a maximum of 50k as proposed.

Nobody thinks about what does 50k (or even more) represents for the economy of teams in the lower Series?

By the way, reading your various opinion, if it should become just another way to waste money by each team. No thanks.

that healer guy could be also unavailable for the the same number of days he healed after injury treatment

just thinking loudly

probably wouldn't be much of a limit for the functionality because usually it's single injury one wants to heal but could be some kind of addition to the whatever cost and could find some usage sometimes
