b. the training for last week already happened yesterday
c. this player plays 3 games a week, 2x league + friendly, check his stats

if someone cares he does that already in early stages of national cup, to limit the chances of injuries and still go through

he didn't arrange anything, he just used same tactics and players as always, players who already play in league game etc.

he uses normal tactic, he uses his top players, he uses players who already play 2 official games a week, he plays random friendly opponents who have terrible players [50k value defender] etc.

he does exactly NOTHING to lower the chances of injuries, he maximises them, so he gets injuries

he has no red card, he could have played game 1 [sunday] and/or game 2 [wednesday] this sokker-week

he didn't need the friendly, the red card from a week ago had no meaning

yes, he needed to use his first team players to beat a standard tactic team playing for 33
otherwise he wouldn't win 22:0 and that would be a tragedy
fortunately he won 22:0 in a worthless friendly, it was worth losing his TWO first team offensive players, including his best striker
