Asunto: [change] The "players form" influence the matches too much

I looked for a topic in the last 4-5 page but I didn't know a similar.

I feel this is a big problem in the match engine the players forms.

For example. I have a club team matches, and I have NT matches at Senegal.
It is a big joke at the NT, I reached with some level 15/16 or 15/15 or 16/15 defenders with high forms and got such results like 1-2, or 0-2(not a big lose) against Norway or Serbia, what can be a good result against a higher rating teams, and can win against a similar rating teams in last seasons who have 3x17 strikers.

What about my club team. Okey I forget to take a line up in my matches this year. But a really good to introduce, my problem in my last match:

I haven't got lower then 17/17 defenders. This is lose with 1 goal, when you lose with 4 goals with lower forms.

Nyíregyháza FC's second goal was typical in my season if we speak about the crazy goals. It started near at 86.minutes at the half way of the pitch.

The enemy striker tackled him, thats true he had max form...

After then my 2 defenders didn't tackles the striker, after then the enemy striker reach the goal.

If we play in a top division, we not play with double 12/12 palyers and this is not normal.
There are a lot of matches, and everybody got such goals like me and more times not only in this match. Sometimes you can do everything, the ME didn't want you to win with bad forms at defence or at the goalkeeper.

Maybe it would be better if the form won't influnce the match so much.

But what is the problem here, because I don't understand what is wrong?

1. it's a game of probabilities, sometimes 17 defender won't tackle 12 technique or 11 technique

2. if defender tries to tackle from side/behind then the dribbling attacker has and advantage [it's said that in such case dribbler has around +2 advantage]

3. form is important and has an impact, yes - and it's ok. There only should be a way to influence the form a bit or it should be changing more often instead of staying at min/max level for seasons.

The goal, when I get in 86. Degryse was in front of the striker not from the side or behind. In the old ME a striker never went across a defender when he was in front of the striker.
And I feel not normal a striker can get a goal such easily, like Diego Maradona or George Weah.

The old ME before 2012 was much realistic, and it was much better. There weren't so much random like after the 2012 engine.

And another way, under brilliant form the players play like as a tragic form player so many times.

For example a goalkeeper with only level 10 form to many times don't catch the ball.

not form, but random!
form is just a part of random (probabilities).

nope here we talk about how the best players in sokker play in low form for example, that is not part of the random is programmed like this ..
random is part of how the form is controlled and i agree that there is too much random in it too

Is there anything we could do t get positive impact on low forms?
Giving more training or more minutes on pitch has no impact at all...

I mean it should be something which we could control a little bit.

For example... lets say a low form striker scores 2 goals on official match should have at least a little positive impact ...

I think so too, that there should be a positive impact from good performances

Afaik, there's no simple solution.
I have this crazy midfielder but he has never been in form during his "adult" life :-/

I tried everything. Other order, other training, more minutes, less minutes, putting him on TA ( :p ) ...

i see so many top class players are tragic form. Many useless players top form. what's the point if our top players are going to be in tragic form all the time. either fix the form event or remove the form text from the player profile

exactly.... i agree so much.
sometimes im laughing that my junior striker from bench with max form performing like superstar....and low form star striker has no clue which planet he is living...

You give me 1 example of a player that turnes out to be a supertalent and from his 21st till his 26th he's in superbad form, though his skills are from the best on earth...

I know different players who peaked and turned in bad form in their late twenties, but this game has at least 500 cases of players who peak in talent, grow to be with the best on their age, and from the moment they're there, their form falls down to never come back up.

yeah that's right.... altough a bad form player does his job correctly ( striker - scores, defender tackles, Gk saves big ones) that means his form gets better. Or he is completly out of it.
Forms in sokker usually long - long term... never just 1 or 2 game....

We could all come up with examples of great players who switched teams /leagues and were total failures. Football is littered with them. Think of Aaron Ramsey with Juventus, or Nicolas Pepe with Arsenal. Torres with Chelsea. Hell Granit Xhaka for me was externally pedestrian and overrated for much of his team at Arsenal. Captain yellow card.

As far as within the same team? I'm an Arsenal fan - I'll give you a great example, our gk Ramsdale. He has been absolutely mediocre and in bad form for much of late last season. Turns out he and his wife had a miscarriage around then and it directly affected him.
