Asunto: [NT]Injuries - new voting

2023-09-18 19:09:04
Then i guess, the solution is simple, why not make some reduction with injuries or a Poll notifying all users in sokker ( just saying, Devs should do something about it). Either make NT completely apart from club games, giving some extra experience for NT selected players (FE playing smarter), keeping some % of training to satisfy everybody and done.
Maybe it's not that simple, but a poll and different opinions should be presented, then already it's moving onwards.

tactical discipline, experience, extra training bonus, can be rewarded in various ways, some of this already happened before in national team friendlies.

My point of view is in the poorly planned dynamics that this issue has taken just for the sake of not reducing the average duration of injuries. The Staff was opinionated and this led the community to direct the debate to this context.

For me a bad decision and from what I see they continue to maintain it.

A player's NT goal should not be train.
The official NT game should give players experience.
(Maybe make experience the most influential skill for players?)

Again... split injuries for club and NT
Problem solved.

For NT injuries, lenght could be limited to 7 days

National players get special treatment when clubs get dissolved, so why not take it a step further and let them receive experience/training while being saved from injuries from the national duty. This would make all the outstanding players from their respective countries more valuable too, which sounds like a good, realistic thing, and it's hard to discount such achievements otherwise here. Which doesn't mean national teams can't have injuries. They can have their own, separate accounts, just like with bookings, they would just cripple the player for the national duty and not for the club. Training is how that would differ from cards.

Wouldn't the paradigm enable the national team managers to pick their own players for training gains at a decreased risk? It would, but if these players were also supposed to help them in the league, they'd face the regular league risk anyway. So the increased safety would only count for their selling value. But there would be a gateway for specialization for league or national usage.

Club managers wouldn't mind their players being played, and national managers would have some hope against club inactivity, if there is no positional locking for the national experience - or if THEY get to arrange the settings for their share of the training. To prevent malice there could be ways for the club coach to override that too, if they act. Just once per week, no see-sawing.

Because the game itself departs from realism, achieving it in its context requires some seemingly unrealistic measures.

I kinda like this idea. You'd never really completely lose training.

Still useless for senior NT players who don't need any training from NT, but are also needed for league etc. games

Losing a first team player due to injury one day before a league game is far from nice

3 blocks of paragraph to say the same I said 2 posts before, which was already a repeat from a repeat of what I'm saying for over a year now...

SPLIT THE INJURIES!!!

NT and club, separated...problem solved...

I don't get it...why all these discussions. This is what the devs need to know and what they should work on.
With that...all players visible for ALL NT / U21 coaches, not only the plus users,...no one cries about advantages and disadvantages anymore.

You forget that their motto is "no training without risk"

So if you take away injuries for clubs while playing in NT, you also take away the training for clubs

And as you see ~half the users don't want that

So it's not as simple as you paint it (and the simplest way would be to make the NTs as arcade in all games)

maybe we should have u21, u20 u19 teams:) but who will have time to manage all of those haha

Dtox9. I'm considering aspects and variants you tend not to.

The most important is - I'm not sure if dismissed national players end up on the transfer list, but they should to prevent annihilation by national rivals.

The original allure of national team training is to prevent training losses to other people's inactivity or malice. A solution would adjust match competitivity toward what the large nations have, so it's for the good. But it would have to be complex: probably it has to split responsibilities (separate training settings and maybe minutes played at the club vs at the national team should decide the stake in the training results) or instead attend to the game mechanics like remaining unpicked after a card or injury, or going bust into superdivines, but this approach is weaker toward cases of multiple representatives in a single club.

Maybe players being trained poorly (by some intelligent standards) should request transfers after 4 weeks.

Making the nationality composition of academies' pickups configurable (maybe at inertial expense) would help too.

About the concerns Borkos007 cites - even with no injuries from national duty passed on to the club, the club still faces a risk if they field the player. They can choose not to, but they will be paying the wage anyway. It's like paying for coaching quality, except more against risk than time. The decreased risk may save smaller nation stars from an early retirement.

7-day (or just matchtime) injuries? Still fine, but a kind of an adjustment to a quirk.
2023-09-19 12:44:44
Well 7 days as max leght is not only for training.

Having max 7 days is like dividing the actual injury length by 3.
Nowdays i guess the max lenght is about 24 and the average i thing goes around 12.

Then the NT injury lenght max would be 7 and average 4.

Then for the onwner. Most probably the player will lose 1 game. Which is understandable, but most probably will be ready for the most important matches at the end of the week, for National cup and CC.
It is very frustraiting to lose a player in these games because of NT matches
2023-09-19 17:29:31
By 4 or more, because you can definitely get at least 28 days currently, and that's about a single spell, it can still prolong your 7-days slight injury.

A thing we've been talking about in the injury threads. The availability during the last 7 days of injury is there to offset the loss of elapsed game time from the first week of ineligibity, but if a slightly injured player gets injured again (for which the risk is increased because his performance downgrades), he forfeits 2 weeks worth of elapsed game time and gains only 1 week of slight injury (during which he's at increased risk again, and so forth). So maybe the time spent on the pitch should be discounted, or it can get weird.

It's totally different for u21 and NT
U21 barely can be up to top division of most countries...
2023-09-19 23:13:10
Do you want NT games with "arcade style"?

This is a little tricky...

I want to vote YES for Senior NT, BUT NO for U21 NT...

I think it worth the risk for the little guys (future cracks being train to the maximum)
But, for senior i prefer they get NO INjuries and no training. Most of them dont need it any more.
