Asunto: [idea] Munimun season for coaches

Sometimes users spend a lot of money and time to find a good coach. And he stays training for one season and retire in the next. Just one.

When you hire a coach, he should stay for a minimum number of seasons. In my opinion 10 seasons. We must agree find a coach is not a good part of the game. It's a boring part. The random system most coaches are terrible and we have to find a lot of coaches (head, assists, junior). My sugestion is that he stays at last 10 seasons. One season this game is just pissing off users.

I think the coach recruitment system badly needs changing, but not like this. If you want a coach for minimum 10 seasons, buy one that's 50 or younger.

As for what's needed? More coaches. There is a severe lack of coaches available and the random-pull lottery is not a viable option for new clubs. Buying a decent coach off the transfer market also incredibly difficult if you don't have money.

You don't seem to understand that the devs want to take money out the game, that was the purpose of this reform.
So there is no chance that your idea will be considered.

In understand that. But I also understand that they don't want to remove the money and the fun of the game togheter. It should be balanced. So, buy a coach, or find one, and he retires in one season removes that fun.

And it doesn't need to be 10 seasons. It could be 2. Anyone can have a number. If they will consider or not my idea is not something that is up to me. I'm here to inform that buy a coach and he retire in one season is not fun. If they thing "it's ok, it's part of the game". It's ok, i have done my part that is to inform them. It's their job to try to remove money from the system without taking out the fun.

thing is, if you buy a coach who is 58 or older, it's a self inflicted wound.

No one held a gun to your head and made you spent 3 million on a 59 year old unearthly coach.

Could be improved simply by making all coaches pulled via the recruitment function that are not hired to go into the coach transfer list. Would open up a lot more coaches especially higher tiered ones.
