TES para Todos
Hello, let's talk again on loan market.
In my opinion it is a great chance to deeper the game and add strategic things to do.
This is not a way to make money!

This option would allow young players to develop earliery and become an interesting choice for NT. Moreover lower team will stop to buy and sack old palyer just in a week.

My idea in 6 points:
1. Loaned players always trains (extra individual training slot)
2. Salary remains on owner team ( so even lower teams will afford the player)
3. The price of the loan is decided by an auction (same way of transfer market)
4. The loan finish at the end of the season (no metter when it started)
5. A team can only take 1 and give 1 player on loan (in this way higher teams are not advantaged)

I think this won't take a lot to develop it, do you like it?

You say it's not a way to make money but that's what it would turn into.

I'm really not sure who this is meant to benefit. If I'm a big club I'm best placed to train my own players. If I'm a small club... I pay to get a useless player that I can't even keep?

I could maybe see the benefit in an arranged player swap, but the potential for abuse is significant.

This is not a way to make money!

It is, the loaning club would train loaned players for the club that has them.

So instead of max 10 players, a club would be able to train 11 players in advanced training.

On the other hand I don't really understand why anyone would want to train players for other people.

At the same time, you wouldn't be able to guarantee "loaned players always train" because they could not get any minutes = no training.

Doesn't make sense and won't be introduced.

Players always trains because they get 50% minimum even if they don't play.

Lower team can use a good player in a cheap way and have a good deal. Loan costs could be 1 and no wages to pay.
Of course the player emprove skills and at the end of the season is the owner to be happy about it.
Of course you can add a benefit for the team that trained the player....

In real life it happens too.... why not in sokker?

In real life it happens too.... why not in sokker?

Because in real life 17yo players sometimes can play at top level, in sokker 19-20yo players are still pathetic. There's no point in comparing this game to real life because it is not realistic and most things work in different way than in real life.

Players always trains because they get 50% minimum even if they don't play. Lower team can use a good player in a cheap way and have a good deal.

1. 50% is terrible
2. risking a young player to play in low league against bad opponents and on bad pitches is not good for the owner

Loans were proposed since start of the game but they don't make sense in this game.

The idea of putting 1 of my trainees up to loan out, without any control over where they go, what training they get, what quality of training they get? I can see absolutely no reason why I'd do that.

On the other side. Why would I pay to bring someone in that I can't keep? They're taking up a playing spot.

If anything the club taking the player should be paid for providing a training service, and that's only if training is guaranteed.

This is an absolute non-starter.

I like the idea, we’ve seen it in other games and it works.

I would say we need to keep the max amount of loans to a certain reasonable number, for example four.

Who starts from the bottom really struggles in see their matched and having 2/3 players on loan can make a huge difference

The way this game is devised new players should train their own youngsters, not train players for someone else who already has more money than them.

It would also create pathological situations, where someone with a "rich friend" would get free strong players only and would therefore have huge advantage over other small teams in league.

They could have entered the players' contracts instead.
A novelty with many positive aspects.

Thank you everybody for the suggestions. This a working progress idea.
I understand there are some opportunity to catch.
Money matters but what do you think about

. a fixed price at the end of the loan? No auction
. A money reward for the lower team if the player has risen his level?

Therfore to train another youths could be interesting

. When I don't have money to open my youth team
Because it does not take place to my 10 individual training
. When I need a good player but I can not afford his wage

There are a lot of opportunity here.

The whole universe of sokker shall be changed to make loan market available.
It makes no sense within rules right now, but i don't think that game would evolve to the right side if it would be available.

I think that Loans will not apply for Juniors, but maybe for Seniors...

An Example....

I´m in Peruvian 2nd Division, but I will relegate so I have to sell my Seniors because they will be too much (in Salaries and Skills) for 3rd Division... Why not loan them for 1 season (while being in 3rd Div) and then get them back (when coming back to 2nd)?

Team interested in getting the player must bid for him in an auction and pays the Salary. And the Team that Loans the player avoids the Salary.

Edit: Or a % of the Salary, not the 100%

Of course mate, loan market is for all players... for example when you don't need the player but you don't want to sell him because the tax is still too high ;)

koka para TES
The tax was introduced for a certain reason: prevent trading.
So, you might get to the conclusion that your scenario described above is only applicable for traders. Otherwise, you just sell your player and pay a small tax.

Loan market (as suggested) is not a solution nor does it imo add a new dimension of gameplay. On the contrary, it will cause lots of problems on balacing finance, training, transfers, etc. - not only on individual club level but also (more importantly) on SK game level.
