I use Sokker-Manager. The point though is that we shouldn't have to use outside services.

that helps a bit but still you cant search through players skills and there should be a sokker tool....not those outside to fill the void....

It's 1000% easier than before when you couldn't even see the skills of players and there were no websites like this.

You literally had to search manually for players and then manually ask for skills of every player via sk-mail. That was part of the process and work that NT coaches had to do in order to be effective.

Now it's so, so easy. Minimum effort needed.

The problem with that site is, unless it's changed, is that it only includes players who have been placed on the market. That's why I use the one I mentioned, it scans everyone.

dude you dont get the point....i know how was it before....i was a u21 and nt coach and scout for a long time.....

we have everything. we see everything but we need to look every individual player to see their skills.....that just does not make sense............

I don't see that as an issue, for me it's part of responsibility for the NT coach. Following players, checking how they improve. It's not really much work, only in the beginning when taking over NT.

40 players in NT that you can check on in seconds, a list of observed players that you only have to check from time to time. For me there's no problem here.

Sure, when you are Polska coach.

When you have a smaller player base then you need to check those younger players.

If you dont have a problem with it, you can just skip this topic and be on your marry way. Also if we get that tool in a few years you don't have to use it. For me there's no problem here.

Being coach of Poland is literally the worst possible option because you have the most players that you need to follow among all NTs.

When I was coach in Germany before it was much faster/easier to do.

Yeah, a tool would be useful. NTs are definitely not the priority though, as can be seen with the fact that we still can't "normally" send the invites for friendlies in new view. Maybe they could start with that.
