I see you don't have a promoter.
I know admin Silent Control from Turkey takes care of your country, so I already sent him a sk-mail regarding this.

Anyone wants to be a promoter?:)
I would do it myself, if it would be possible, but I think the language would be a problem.

there is also an english version, shorter, is anyone willing to translate it?
This way, we can send sk-mails with this guide to all new users, so they know what to do when they start the game.

11 דברים הכי חשובים לעשות כשמתחילים לשחק בסוקר:

1. תלחץ על הסמל עם השחקן והקונוס. שם יש לך אפשרות לבחור מה אתה רוצה לאמן, מומלץ לאמן איזה כמה שבועות בהתחלה סטאמינה-כושר משחק זה ייתן לקבוצה שלך דחיפה טובה.

2. תלחץ על הסמל של השחקן עם הכדור שם אתה יכול לראות את סגל השחקנים שלך. בדר"כ השחקנים שתקבל על ההתחלה לא יהיו כל כך טובים. כל שחקן בלי תכונה עם ממוצע (אברייג') לפחות לא שווה יותר מדי ואתה יכול להעיף אותו. כל שחקן עם סוליד או ורי גוד הוא שחקן טוב מאוד לשלב הזה.

3.תסתכל על סגל השחקנים שלך ותבחר מה אתה רוצה לאמן. שחקנים שניתנים לאימון נורמלי הם בני 16-23 מומלץ לאמן שחקנים מתחת לגיל 20. התחלה טובה זה לבחור את האימון לפי התכונה שיש לרוב השחקנים הצעירים שמשחקים באותו תפקיד. כרגע כל התכונות נראות ראויות לאימון במיוד הגנה, מסירות, התקפה ושוערות.

2. האפשרות השניה היא לקנות בצד שמאל יש לך כפתור שרשום בו טרנספרס תלחץ עליו ואז למעלה אתה יכול לבחור באפשרות של מאמנים(טריינרס). הכי חשוב למאמן ראשי בהתחלה שבתכונה שאתה מאמן יהיה לו אנארטלי. בהתחלה עדיף שהמשכורת של המאמן לא תעלה יותר מ36000 בשבוע.
לגבי הגרלת המאמן אחרי שאתה מגריל מאמן אתה יכול לבחור אם להשאיר אותו בקבוצה או לשחרר אותו.

5. אתה צריך להתאים את המקומות בנוער שלך.תלחץ על הסמל של הטלפון ואז על ג'וניורס.
כל שבוע אתה יכול לקבל 1-6 שחקנים אבל רק אם יש לך מספיק מקום להכיל אותם. אם יש לך 5 שחקנים בנוער ואתה קבעת שאתה רוצה שיהיו רק שש מקומות אז באותו שבוע תוכל לקבל רק שחקן אחד ואם קבעת שאתה רוצה 11 אז תוכל לקבל 6 שחקנים. כל מקום לשחקן עולה 6000 שקל לשבוע. גם אם יש לך שחקן וגם אם אין לך. תתחיל עם 6 מקומות פנויים ואז שהם יהיו מלאים תגדיל את המקומות. בדר"כ עדיף לפטר שחקנים עם תכונה מתחת לוויק.

6.אחרי שאתה משיג קצת שחקנים לנוער אתה צריך להביא מאמן נוער. מאמן נוער כמו עוזרי מאמן מה שחשוב אצלהם זו התכונה הראשית שלהם. ככל שהיא תהיה גבוהה תהיה לו השפעה טובה יותר על השחקנים. אתה צריך להיזהר עם המשכורת שלהם שלא יחרוג מהתקציב שלך ויביא לפשיטת רגל.

7. אתה צריך להחליט על ההרכב שלך. תלחץ על הסמל של המגרש ואז תלך למשחק הבא שלך ששם תלחץ על
match orders.
בעיקרון תבחר שחקן לכל תפקיד שאתה חושב שהוא מתאים לו. אתה יכול לקבוע גם טקטיקה. בטקטיקה יש לך הרבה אפשרויות בסמל של הקונוס אתה גם יכול לבנות טקטיקה.

8. תקבע משחק ידידות(אם אתה לא משחק בגביע) תלחץ על הסמל של הטלפון ואז תבחר פרנדליס(משחק ידידות) שם אתה יכול לפרסם שאתה רוצה משחק ידידות ואז יבקשו ממך או שיש כאלה שפירסמו משחק ידידות ואתה תציע להם.
אתה יכול גם להצטרף לליגת ידידות אם יש אחת פתוחה להרשמה. שזה עדיף.

9.בהתחלה תנסה לא לקנות שחקנים בהתחלה הכסף שאתה מקבל הוא מינימאלי ושימוש לא נכון בכסף יכול כבר להכניס את הקבוצה לבעיות.

Before having a promoter which I think we use to have the admin that "takes care" of us must do his job and accept new users that wait on the waiting list sometimes for weeks.

What is the "promoter" job?
How much time is needed to invest on this?

The Promotion Lead program is a concerted effort to increase the promotion done in various places. Some of the promotion work will be done automatically, but we would also like to have one user from every county (excluding Poland) responsible for leading the effort for their country. Likely we should have one of these participating for each country of > 200 users (although < 200 would be welcome as well if we can find an appropriate person).

I didn't know kingbil was promoter before...
the main problem here is that the game can't be translated in hebrew and arabic :(

all we can do is still attracting users and send them sk-mail when they receive their teams, telling them something like: "Welcome... first of all, I want to tell you that the game is not translated in hebrew, but this is not a problem, you can exercise your english playing it :) So, here are some advice, what do to now, when you received your team:...."
and here we tell them:
- do and don't
- general infos about the game, training, players, etc
- about the forum, to come and write
- some tips and tricks

First of all, Welcome to sokker!
I think you already noticed that you can't use hebrew as language, but we have english, so you can use it very well :) Don't think about it, there are some problems with adding hebrew and arabic languages, maybe in the future will be done, but meanwhile you can practice your english skills :)

Now, below you have some thins to do:
Top 11 things to do when starting on Sokker (please, read all):

1.Click on the cone, and set your training regime to “Stamina”. It’ll give your team a nice boost, and give you a couple of weeks to decide what to train.

2.Click on the player icon and get to know your squad – and be willing to kill a few players. You will have a few naff players to start. Any player with no skills better than average is extremely likely to be naff. Any player with solid or very good skills is a dude!

3.Look through your squad and decide what to train. Trainable players are aged 16 to 23. Under 20 is best. A good start is to pick the skill that you have the most young players playing at. At the moment all skills seem worth training. Especially Defending, Passing, Striker, Keeper.

4.You need a Head Coach. You have 2 options to get a coach, by recruiting one or transfer one. Click on the cone and then “Coach Recruitment”. BE CAREFUL HERE. Coach recruitment is partially based on luck and can suck away a lot of cash… You want a Head Coach who has is UNEARTHLY at JUST THE SKILL YOU WANT TO TRAIN, and as weak as possible at the rest. You should be able to get one for a weekly wage of less that 6000 euros. The cheaper the better. As a suggestion, choose unearthly for the skill you want, and unsatisfactory for the others. You will then get a coach. If you like him accept him. If not decline him. IF YOU DO NOT DECLINE COACHES, THEY REMAIN ON ON YOUR TEAM and you pay the wages!
Also, you can buy coaches from transfer-list, go to Transfers, in the left, and choose Coaches.

5.You need to set up your youth team spaces. Click on the telephone and then “Juniors”. You get between 1 and 6 youths a week, but only if your school is big enough to cope. If you have 5 youths, but only 6 spaces, then you will only be able to get a maximum of 1 new youth. Spaces cost 600 euros per week, FULL OR EMPTY, so be careful here. Start with 6 spaces and increase it as you need to. Sack players at weak or below.

6. After you get some juniors, you can hire a youth coach. For youth coaches and assistants, it counts only their general appraisal! But to hire a youth coach and 3 assistants (recommended), you need to be careful with your money, not to get bankrupt! So, first, you need to find a balanced economy.

7.You need to decide on your first team. Click on the Match icon (a football pitch) and go to the next match where you need to set “Match Orders”. You have a lot of room to experiment here. Basically choose a keeper with best keeper skill, defenders with defender, but also pace, technique, passing are useful, midfielders tend to be all rounders, and strikers….yes you’ve guessed it! You also can get to set and edit tactics here – via the football pitch. This is not hattrick, so don’t automatically choose 3-5-2 !!. (For more detailed tactic editing, click on the cone, then the word “Tactics”.
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PICK MORE THAN 5 DEF, 5 MID or 3 ATT PLAYERS! PLAYING 4ATTS (SUCH AS 4-2-4) WILL LOSE YOU TRAINING

8.Book a friendly (if not in the cup!). Click on the phone and then select friendlies. You can advertise, or search around other players and ask them to join. Try asking on the conference too. This is a bit of a pain in the ass on sokker. Best way is to join a friendly league, which can pre-book up to about 10 games ahead (depending on time of the season).

9.DO NOT delve into the transfer market yet. Money, especially in the early days in very tight in sokker. Using the transfer market is a sure fire way to go bust!

10.Keep visiting the forums – there are many useful hints and tips there.

11) Don`t upgrade your stadium too early. You ideally need at least 300 fans before you should even consider upgrading.

It's better if you read the rules (on the left) and also you have a Newbie Guide here it's in english and it's explained better. Read the rules and the newbie guide and you should do fine for the moment.
