I don't think that this welcome letter is very good.

There are some problems in it like the head coach part. what you tell them is that coach recruitment is good and that they should use it. we should fix it to something like that: You have two options for getting a head coach one is coach recruitment and the other is buying coaches on the tranferlist. and than explain I you do each thing and what they should buy.

I'll talk with an Admin to post the new teams here, and a user who is available copy/paste the hebrew message and sends sk-mails to all new users posted here.
after that, he should write on this topic: "Done" or something, so others can know that someone sent sk-mails. This way, we'll avoid sending more than 1 sk-mail to any user :)

also, I suppose you have some israelian forums, about sport or magazines or newspapers, dunno... maybe you can advertise sokker on these forums :)
