anaconda [del] para Todos
Here we are, a little bit over the mid of the season...
I want to make a summary of what happened til now.
We played 8 matches under my command, 6 wins, 0 draws, 2 losses, 25 goals scored, 7 goals conceded.

in the world cup group, the average age of our first 11 players is 25.8, way behind Croatia and Belarus (27.4 and 27.2). Our average value was 1 839 337 $, while Croatia had 2 206 216 $ and Belarus below us. We managed to reach a 71.5 average mark, comparing to 75.3 of Croatia...
I continued to search for players, most of the players are updated in the database, still searching for new ones. Even if I didn't post on forums, all new users received a welcome sk-mail with the guide we created together at the beginning of the season. In around 3 weeks I plan another HT spam, but now in IVth division, as this is the only one left. For the future (maybe in 7 weeks) I want to send a sk-mail to all users, to present them the forum, where is NT topic, where is that, where is this, maybe they will write more... I'd like to be this way...

I want to ask you who is willing to do some jobs for the NT? Who wants to become an assistant, in order to get more experience maybe for a future candidature. I will also candidate next season, to lead the team at the World Cup (maybe in 2 seasons also, we'll see), but, as I said before, in the future an israeli user can be the coach, and I want to take him/them around me, so they don't start with 0 experience (ok, excepting Sharoni, guy, edovann and whoever was a NT coach before, they know what's about :P). Just let me know, I want to colaborate, I want more activity and interess around the National Teams.

What is your opinion about this season, til now? What should I improve/change, what did you like, what did you dislike?:)
what are your suggestions?

Thanks :)

They are all playing sokker, I think they were all at the same league at one point

I think you dont give enough credit for young players who train in Israel. I am not sure the players you do get on the first team on friendlies train at their clubs.
The extra training is important and It isnt such a big deal to throw the dice on one of the players getting injured, unless he is a vital part of the first team and has no substitute with equal ability or slightly less.

Other then that I think your doing a great job and were finally close to playing the world cup.
Keep it up.

I already told you before what i think , ill write it here as well just for everyone else.
We are realy close to the WC and that was our goal , we beat Belarus twice and we should make it now and im sure we will , so you did / doing your job as we expected and wanted to see , great job!.
:-)

As we talked , and Ohad wrote it here as well , i think we must give more minutes to young players and potentials at least in friendly matches (and extra credit for potentials that train here in Israel) , i dont expect us to play 22-23yr players in matches against Belarus or even Bolivia and Parguay of course as this are matches that we must win and we shouldnt take any risk , but in friendly matches or easy ones i cant see how playing players as Oved , Ostrovsky and others that i dont remember will help us in the future.

Top notch work so far, keep it up.
I think there's an honorary Israeli citizenship in it for you.
