Guys just to make it clear. Vitalie07 is very busy today(and tomorrow) so later his speech will appear.

I'm telling this because i'll assist him at U21 job in case he wins.

Cheers!

Hello Everyone!

I run for the place of U21 Israel.

First off I shall introduce myself. My name is Vitalie, I am 23 years old and I'm at university for a master degree. I play Sokker since 2007 and managed to achieve several successes. I have a team in the top division of my country and this season finished on 3rd position. Also managed to win again the Cup despite the fact I have an average team for my division and playing well against superior teams.

National Team job is serious, so you (the community) have to be sure you elect the right person. Well I have some NT experience, I was the NT coach of Moldova and also prepared several matches for U21 Moldova and Russia. Tactically i stand fine, i'm a quick learner and openminded in the terms of tactics. For instance this season Phil_Fox85 the NTC of Moldova was glad to share his tactical knowledge with us and i managed to understand his playing style and implemented it with my own style at club level. I am sure the knowledge i have will help me with the management of the U21 Israel team. At U21 level teams play with a rating lower than 60-62, so i am very familiar with the philosophy at such level.

Now lets move to the technical part: You expect from me to write about a staff and the strategy for the next season. In the next season we will have WCQ so my objective is to qualify the team to the World Cup. At the moment Israel U21 is on 17th place. In case edovann manages to get the team in pot 1, meaning position 16 and higher the work will be a bit easier, by work i mean psychological pressure, because i prepare every match with maximum seriousness and dedication. Even if Israel maintain its position in pot 2 i will fight to get the first position and record a season without loses, because the differences at U21 aren't that big as at ABS level, so here the tactical level is more important.

In my staff I will have Ice-T, the current Russia NTC. He managed to qualify Russia from a hard group, thus recommending himself as a good tactician. So he will assist me at preparing tactics, scouting the opponent, and why not playing mindgames with rival coaches, because he did well with that in the current season.

You may think i needs several users for the scouting, because at U21 Level scouting is important and also having a deeper bench with a larger DB. Well same user: Ice-T will help me here. He uses a special system that make scouting very easy, so I am sure I won't have problems finding young prospects for the national team.

I've also noticed that Anaconda will continue his job as NTC at Israel so this is a good sign for you guys in voting me. Why? Because the national teams work and co-exist better if there is a good understanding between the coaches. Anaconda and me both speak same language so we won't have any barriers, and in case of some help, assist, opinion, we won't have any issues

I can write more about many other stuff, but i consider this enough for persuading you for voting me.

For a better understanding it will be more appropriate to be asked specific questions. So I am looking forward to be asked different type of questions.

Well, i know ice-t well, he is a good sokker student i can say.. ;-) and he did great with Russia taking them to the WC, and if ill add to that the "Phil formations" that you learned from Phil + your experience in NT levels + your understanding with anaconda..

Than its easy for me to vote..

Good luck
:-)

I doubt how much of Phil formation can be usful at the u21,
As far as I know, most of this tactic is based on high def + high pace, and I doubt how many players like that we have :)

As a user who was taught Phil Formations by Phil himself i can say that his formation is not only based about high def line, you can go with an average line. the point is to have the players flexible, block as many ways as possible for the opponent by playing the midfield low, closer to the defenders, so the attack is progressing on stages, more solid. Even from my experience against France when Russia won 2-1, I went only with 2 offensive players. If the tactic is going to exploit well the opponents weaknesses, there will be plenty of room to secure the defense.

Looks as the best candidate so far... my vote is for Vitalie

I ment High def and Pace skill (that allows him to play with hi def line)

And for playing with only 2 offensive you will need great winger,
Lets say with at least Magical pace and Passing, Eddi can tel us how many U20YO players close to that we have now;))

There can be played also through balls tactics... there are enough winnable tactics without using a winger. So no worries here. There won't be such a situation when the coach won't have any ideas how to prepare a certain match.

and about the winger:And for that you will need great winger,
Lets say with at least Magical pace and Passing

Dude you have a wrong idea about wingers. They first off need high technique. For instance my Peiu: unearthly tech, brilliant(almost magical) passing, very good pace and solid PM. he is very hard to stop when the U21 team plays.

Maybe also let Vitalie answering some questions?:P

The squad is not so strong and it certainly needs some updates, as far as I saw... edovann did some real miracles, not loosing any friendly in the past... dunno, but he had a great run, which would be hard to keep, imo.
Anyhow, we shall see...

From my only 4 season expirience with the Danish U21, I have other opinion about it,
BTW, your player have 1 assist in 12 matchs, thats very poor production for winger in my eyes :)

sorry men, but i have some personal problem, tommorow i'll be answer at everyone questions

He is doing really good job at club level, but at NT only 1 assist because : 1) lots of missed headers and shots by strikers. 2) he was played only 30-45 minutes at maximum.

@ Anaconda, those questions asked by guy fink were about phil formations and weren't intended to Vitalie07, and as he said after he'll solve his personal problems,"the answering" shall begin :D

Secret of Phil formation isn't in def, but in how is placed midd, but you're right what at U-21 is more difficult to play some like this defs, but this is not a problem, defs can play very easy a little defensive or more defensive, everything depends especially by opponent.
