I doubt how much of Phil formation can be usful at the u21,
As far as I know, most of this tactic is based on high def + high pace, and I doubt how many players like that we have :)

Secret of Phil formation isn't in def, but in how is placed midd, but you're right what at U-21 is more difficult to play some like this defs, but this is not a problem, defs can play very easy a little defensive or more defensive, everything depends especially by opponent.

About wingers or no wingers, i need to see U-21 Israel plaiers!!!
but this is how loto, you can play with winger and you opponent closed him, or you can play with 2 strikers into defenders and play for through balls...is very efective tactic.

ps

About tactic i prefer to do tactics with that I have, at the moment i can say what i can play 4-3-3, 3-4-3, 7-2-1 and more tactics, but i think best tactics is that tactics which are make by players they have.

AS Vitalie said: Suomi is going to have a new coach. No matter who wins from those 2 i've scouted them andi must say they both lack experience especially the first one who isn't likely to win the elections. The second guy imoh is the favorite, but he will need time to blend with the team, so he may lose some precious time, while here in case Vitalie wins, i ma sure edovann will give a first-week help to the new coach, for a better understanding of the Israel u21 "situation"

This group reminds me of my WCQ when France and Germany got new coaches that didn't had a good touch at tactics, and frankly i took advantage from that, so here i intend to help Vitalie in maintaining the first pisition, with full points and hopefully no condeced goals(which is almost impossible)

In the end, seeing this group i must say Israel u21 is going to take part of WC and should think about new strong generations with a centralized training sistem
