I won't be making any speeches as there is no need. You have seen so far how Israel U21 NT played, and I hope you all are satisfied.

In official matches I lost only against Romania in knockout round of CM U21 and that after extra time and after we lost two players.

In friendly matches not we had very good results but I was only interested in forming a new group of players with which to obtain a better performance to future CM U21. The group of players is sketched, I started a few players of 18 years, otherwise very promising.

I think they can get better results but for this I need your votes. So, if you consider that I worth your trust, then I'm gladly waiting for your votes :)
