Asunto: NT Legiona

Hello,

I want to run for national coach of your team next season. Israel has the strength of something great and I think this can be achieved. I would not run without the support of the majority of you. I'll be glad to hear your opinion :)

What can I say about me!? :) Two seasons keep a national team of Bulgaria to 21 years. In first season won his qualifying group and qualify for the World Cup:

3. Ísland U21 10 4 1 5 11-22 13
4. Ukraina U21 10 3 2 5 17-17 11
5. Hayastan U21 10 3 1 6 10-22 10
6. U.A.E. U21 10 0 0 10 0-91 0


At the World Cup itself achieved the greatest success for Bulgaria - won bronze medals, we were eliminated from the champions of Poland.

I don't think you'll find any new good player, to get directly to first 11.

I suppose you know that U21 level can't be compared to senior level :)

I think that the gap at the U21 between the top and the avarage NT is much bigger then the gap at the senior NT :)

There is a big difference! But that does not bother me :)) So far I have not failed either to Bulgaria's national team or club team! I just updated database....the rest is my business :)

4. What is more important to you:
Only rankings rankings rankings or giving a chance to young potentials (in friendly matches) in some Ux matches and thinking about the future also?

5. What is your "dream" in sokker? win the WC? manage Poland? manage your country seniors NT? other?

1) Allow plenty of goals! I do not know why is it?! But it is strange that for a whole season just one game you're not conceding a goal. When you have the initiative may not be fatal,but the bound matches goal each weighs!
Next - It's hard playing against the wing! We see the match against Colombia, France and Romania....even against the U.S.А. !!! If you want something more that should be corrected regardless of whether I'm the coach or one of his colleagues! Such omissions are punishable by the strongest teams !

2) You have great players! We had a great coach! That combination brings you much success! :)

3) Comes in two seasons! I want the world title! Were two variants - Lithuania or Israel...I chose Israel,because you are closer to us - Bulgaria , and because i think the chances of Israel is more for winning the World Cup!
These are strong words! :)

4) The future must think of the young coach! As people who train young Israeli players! The national team is not school be allowed to unproven players! Of course in some friendly matches before the big game can keep some of its members...

5) World Cup to Bulgaria!! :)) Even if it is not won by me....this will be the biggest success!! :)

So, you're now saying that I'm not such a good coach, I've conceded many goals...
Well, I suppose you have more expeience in playing against teams from Top 15, I'm sure you won't receive any goal...

I noticed that I managed to transform Israel into a world cup winning team :))
Also you, also Ice-T... Ice-T was even saying that Israel has great gk, great def, great mid, great att :)) LOL! :))
1-2 injuries, 1-2 bad form and all this greatness dissapear... a bit of hard random against you and the world cup is over.

Anyone can say that "I want to win the world cup".
I would fix more realistic targets.

And what do you think are the real targets? :) World Cup qualifiers and then what happened? :) If this would be better to run for coach of the youth of Bulgaria...will at least try to defend the bronze medal at the championships! :)
Injuries, penalties and poor form will always have them! Israel does not equivalent substitutes? :) I do not believe :))

A realistic target would be to get a better performance than last one, this means quarter-finals. What is more than quarter-finals, is more than welcomed.
I say that is not bad to think about the final, but it's better to fix a realistic objective, you achieve it, and after that, what you achieve more, is a bonus.
Not to fix directly: World cup! And if you don't qualify from the group stage, it will be a real dissapoint...

About substitutes... there are a couple of top players, but not like 15-16, only few of them, others are ordinary... if those few players have some bad forms or injuries during the world cup, Israel's strenght will go down.
I couldn't use Dvir Eitan, who's a top player, during the world cup, and I was forced to use Ora (he's on topic, you can see him) - he's an ordinary winger.

For players can not talk because they see them all :) Maybe as you say... But I'm ambitious and always looking for maximum. In tactical terms I have not stepped on anyone ever,so that with God's help we can achieve much!!!
And that you're talking about really does not apply to other? Poland, Italy, Spain, Estonia class....But what happens if they lack key players!? :)
