Asunto: אפשר לחשוב שאנחנו מדינת עולם שלישי

רק דנים פה על המאמן הבא של הנבחרת, אף אחד לא צריך להעלב עכשיו. כל מי שכתב תשבוחות על אנקונדה לא עשה זאת כמס שפתיים, התוצאות מדברות ואי אפשר לבוא בטענות לאנקונדה ואף אחד גם לא עשה את זה
מיותר להעלות את העבר, נתחיל שוב את המריבות ההן ? זה הדבר הכי טיפשי מבחינתינו לעשות, זה לא יוביל לשום דבר טוב אז מה התועלת

כמו שאתה רואה אני לא מגיב, היה ברור שזה יגיע, יש כאלה שרק מחכים לזה והם ניזונים מזה, נדמה לי קוראים לזה טרולים, אבל שיהיה להם בהצלחה, אני בטוח שגם אנקונדה מקבל אחלה שטיפות מוח מאחורי הקלעים, אותי אישית זה ממש לא מעניין כי הדיעה שלי ברורה ולא קשורה לאנקונדה האדם והמאמן, היא קשורה לעקרון בסיסי ובזה זה מסתיים.

Let's be serious... All of you should show more respect not only to them, but to all other users and people from real life, who can be your father.

Secondly, I see new faces on this topic. There are at least 2 new users whom I never know they exist in Israel. Remember when I sent a sk-mail to ALL (I mean, ALL 250 users) of Israel, and I invited them to join the association? I wrote to them links to forum, NT page and association. Do you know how many joined the association. 3, at most.
And now I see 2 new users whom I've never saw on Israel association, commenting matches, giving advices, saying opinions. And you say that the community is 'dying'... of course is dying, after 250 sk-mails, only 3 users reacted...

I noticed that all of you said that you thank me and are deeply gratefully, for the performances we did. I thank you too.
Besides these, I also noticed some 'subtle' attacks.
Guy, you never told me nor wrote on forum til now that we always had higher marks than opponent.
Sharoni, you never told me nor write on forum that I'm just for the rankings, rankings, rankings. And you now say all of these...
Moreover, I've heard some voices saying that the squad is super-duper, ultra-mega, hyper.
What is true in this is that ALL OF YOU did a great job, in the past seasons, in order to have a good team NOW! You deserve credit for this and I'll always appreciate this kind of commitment from a community.
What is FALSE in this is that Israel's team is NOT super-ultra-hyper-mega, etc.
We have some great, NOT great, TOP players, Polish NT players! It is true. Antler, Knafo, Tuama, Dvir, Hodorov. And I think I can end the list. 5 players. OTHERS are just ordinary, even Bolivia, Belarus, Moldova, etc, may have one player like those.
1-2 injuries, 1-2 bad forms and our GREATNESS is falling down.
And you simply cannot argue with me in this, because I AM THE COACH, and I know the squad better than you all do.

Also, I read that Israel is like a back-up plan for me. For your knowledge, I'm favourite to lead Romania next season. I have one other candidate, but my support from romanian community is higher.
Israel made me the coach I am now, and I tried, I did all my best, to return the favour back to Israel.
I am 'attached' to this country now, I have feelings for it now, I care about this national team now. Besides your great work, it is also a smaller part of work, from me. It is about my time, my work, my white hair that appeared after Awabed's missings, and I now care about these things.
And I know I can offer, if not more, at least the same amount of work!
I will never make some bad decisions or do something for what I care, if I feel I can't make it properly, if I feel that the thing I care won't receive what is best for it.
That's why I thought about this solution. AT LEAST, I THOUGHT from time! I see now you're talking about solutions, ohad, guy to candidate, etc. YOU should have done this earlier! YOu should have started to care earlier, not in the middle of elections.
I did this, I cared about the future weeks before the elections to start. And I wrote this idea on forum, and you were never so hardly against it. Why didn't you tell me at that time that 'it stinks', that 'you have principles and I just smash them', all what you are saying now?? Why you started now? Because I cared about the future?
I've asked you from the beginning of last season: who wants to candidate? No one answered...

This being said, vote with your head, smartly, thinking at what is better for Israel, not for one's own principles, because Israel represents all users, all country, all community, not Sharoni, guy, nor me.

להבדיל אולי מהרבה אחרים כאן אני אמרתי בפה מלא את דעתי על תוכנית המריונטה בריש גליי,
כן, בהתחלה אולי זה היה בצורת רמיזה (ודיי לחכימא.....( , אבל כשהוא לא הבין הפכתי להיות יותר אגרסיבי וישיר
אז אולי אנשים (זרים) נפגעו מכך, אבל זאת הבעיה שלהם ולא ממש שלי

אנקונדה עשה עבודה נהדרת,
אבל עם כל הכבוד אני לא אעצום את עייני וארכין את ראשי
כשהמעשה שהוא מנסה להוליך נוגד את השקפת עולמי
גורם בעייני לזילות הנבחרת והמשחק הזה בכלל
ולמעשה מבחינתי מנמצא בתחום האפור של הרמאות

מבחינתי הנושא הזה סגור,
אני את קולי מעביר לאייס טי ואני מקווה שכל מי שכבוד המשחק עומד לנגד עיניו יעשה כמותי

And I would never say it to you or to anyone else, your the coach and you can play against anyone you want.

But after circir said that HE (as a marionette) is the only hope and all of the other candidate will bring us only losses I had to say it.



BTW........ there are at least 4 other 40+ users here, most of the active users in Israel are older then 25.

And there are so much dark staff from the past that you are not aware to, So if I was in your shoe, I would wait before jumping into conclusion regarding users here.

הבעיה שלי עם המועמדות של חבר של אנקונדה זה ניגוד האינטרסים במקרה שהנבחרות שלנו יפגשו כי אין מצב שהמאמן שלנו יעשה את המקסימום ובכלל שהוא עצמו לא אופציה טובה לקבוע הרכב במצב כזה .
לא יהיו לנו עוד הרבה הזדמנויות ואין לנו אפשרות להתעלם מאפשרות כזאת .
אני מתאר לעצמי שכולם כאן מבינים איזה חבית של חומר נפץ המצב הזה

בהתחלה תיכננתי לכתוב בשרשור של הנבחרת, אך החלטתי לבסוף לכתוב את זה כאן, לחשיפה מלאה.

Sharon: Just as you wanted to make a friendly which suits you, Anaconda wanted a friendly which will suit his needs. you didnt agree to U-25, all you wanted was the way you want. Thats very childlike...

To tell you the truth I am a bit angry with our community, Guy this goes for you as well.
I would never vote for a dummy, and I respect those of you who feel the same. from here to the onslaught on Anaconda nominee was a chip shot and made me feel ashamed.
Even one of the new guys felt it was to much and asked you to stop, even though new users are always timid.

Anaconda doesnt know our ages and that in Israeli society respect isnt something we give, unless by a point of a knife. Anaconda, our ages is from 25-60, I am one of the youngest among active users and I am almost 27.

Anaconda made it clear he wanted to gain rank, Since I am active, our coaches always had the goal to climb up the ranks, and now you blame Anaconda for succeeding ???
Second, we played against teams with similar stature to our selves, some of them stronger and some weaker, most of the game we won, thats a great achievement.

You guys are blind, I see it when it comes to real NT of Israel and I see it now, you think our players are so good, and your wrong.
We have one real superstar and its Dvir, after him comes 3-4 players who will fit at the top, but they are not superstars. The rest of the list is OK for good NTs but you cant claim to be one of the best.
Guy, we had 1 game with over 80 mark and was when all of our top players had 18-17 form, not including Knafo who had Brill(14).

I will tell you another thing, since Anaconda is our NT coach I started watching games, since you could really learn from him, he is one of the best tactician and you guys doing him a great injustice.

Anconda wanted someone to take over, he begged us to manifest a user from Israel, he even helped U-21 team.

As that said, please done revisit old disputes, I will rather have a quiet forum than a torn one. I will gladly trade discord for apathy.

You're adults already, maybe some of you will get married soon, others will have a baby, you go to work, to earn money for your familly, to have a happy life... it is life.
This is a game. Why there should be grudge, venom, malicios attitudes, 'brainwashing', accuses, disputes, disrespect, etc?
What do you lose if you respect someone? Or what you gain if you accuse?
Even regarding political, religious fights, if those doesn't affect me in real life, I don't give a damn about them in here.
A game is structured playing, usually undertaken for enjoyment and sometimes used as an educational tool.
Enjoyment. Do you enjoy sokker?
With all the missings with empty goal, with all the accusations (not only here, but in other forums too), with all the things users call me sometimes, I don't really care and I still enjoy sokker. Like poker, it's a joy when I win a big pot with a nice hand, even if next pot I lose with a full, in front of 4 of a kind.
My humble opinion.
