I have enough dignity and it is too much. Choose whoever you want.
Most of you made me regret the past 4 seasons.
First, I want to thank to all who deserve this, they know whom I'm talking about, they'll always be my friends and will always find help at me. And thanks for the 4 votes, sorry for not managing to return the trust back, but some others guys thought otherwise.
To others... I don't care about others.
The way you wanted to say goodbye, to end this, disguisted me. I can hurt Israel as you can't imagine. If I do my best, Israel may not even qualify for next World Cup. Some of you deserve to do this. You'll regret anyway, without doing anything.

so as we thank you, you must thnk us for giving you the oprotunity to manage a NT and to get to higher levels...

You shouldn't feel that nobody appreciate your great job.
It's common in Israel to finish any contract in bad way.
Even if it was somebody from Israel also. When edovan manged the NT he got much more critics.
Please don't take it too hard. As soon as new NT coach will fail, everyone will speak about you ;)
Anyway, good luck with Romanian NT.

You don’t know me because I was not so active in the community, but I have the need to say thank you, thank you for everything. For what you gave to the national team and for what I learned from you about tactics by watching the games of the NT. There where times I told my self "this man is a genius. How I didn’t think about this".
U are a great coach and I have no doubts that you are a great man.
And about the " two national teams" thing: it is not matter if I am for it or against it. The important thing is that I know that the only reason you wanted to do this is because the love you have for the Israeli team and the Israeli community. because there is just no other reason for a man to train 2 NT teams, specialy if in one of teams he don't get any official credit, only put lineups.
And one more thing – try not to take all of this so personal, it's bad for your health : )
That's how it is in a big job position, there are always criticism, it's politics : )
