Asunto: [NT U21]ARSENE_WENGER

Hello my friends,

Let me tell you something about me and my objectives for Israel U21:

1) My name is ARSENE WENGER, I'm 29 years old and I'm from Bucharest. I’m playing sokker since 4 years, so I have a very good experience in this game. In the last seasons I’ve worked near the Romanian NT (graphycal manager and speaker for both national teams). Also I’ve worked the last 2 seasons as scouter for Israel U21.

2) About my club, I can tell you that I’ve trained young players and I’ve promoted in strong leagues where I’ve realised another good results.

I've already studied the players in NTDB, to make some opinions about our chances at the WC and we need to have good results and test a lot of players to prepair the U21 best team for WC Qualifying matches.

3) Objectives:
- training young players for the NT
- making a good team for WC Qualifying stage
- winning the most friendly matches
- tactical tests in friendly matches

I''ve already started my work for Israel U21 NT. I've prepaired a database where I keep all players 16-21 years (for NT and with potential for NT). Also, I will open special topics for them and all users can post the player's skills there.

All I need is your votes!! I'm sure that we can do a good job together and prepair very well the NT for next WC qualifying matches!!
