Hi all
My name is Alexander and I play Soker from the end of 2007. With my club game in the series C Italian.
]I have international experience as they currently are C. T. Belarus Senior.
I coached for two years Belarus Under-21
I was Assistant Coach of the Italian Under-21 with Coach Supercell and Senior Scout Defenders with Italy of Mr. Newton.
Last season at the helm of National Belarus have reached the goal, given the strength of the opposing team as Chile and Serbia, set for our National also achieving some prestigious result (draw against Serbia), and if we'd had a striker of value we could be more competitive and compete for other purposes.
I and my staff have completely rebuilt the database that Belarus did not exist and we are always attentive to the aspects of cooperation with the community to try to increase the potential of the national players.
For this reason, in addition to my staff of scouts and Felimanervoso Filipazzo, two talented managers and certainly expectations, I think it would be very productive and pleasure that some Israeli manager willing to help us and work with us for the success of a project that excites us!
I also believe necessary a constant and daily with the CT-21 to program the proper growth of young talent.
As for the tactical I think that a team like Israel should try to impose their game.
I used last year with good results 4-4-2 with wing and also the 5-3-2 with two strikers and a striker and a wing.

I was one of those who received the award (being finished third) and it was a great satisfaction.
These competitions can bring users not attend the forum trying to get them interested in the national team and giving rise to the desire to grow and buy Israeli players.

2° SEASON
Dear friends
the season draws to a close and I believe that I and my staff we worked to best to succeed in the target we have set ourselves and that is to study and prepare the team for the season that is about to begin and that could lead to the qualification the final stage of the World Cup!
First I want to thank the Israeli community who welcomed us very well and made us feel like we were at home right away.
We met some nice people and competent managers and beyond what the outcome of these elections we want to thank you!
In this season I and my staff have completely rebuilt the national database.
We have updated many players and discovered new talents, who have already given their important contribution to our team. We monitor weekly all players on the Database and we are following many young players who will be the future of our team!
As promised we have created a contest betting on the forum SOKKER Israel, which has been quite successful to try to engage and make more active participation of Israeli managers.
During this season we have tried many tactics and a lot of players to test and understand the potential of the team, especially in view of the next season in the qualifying rounds of the World Cup.
As often happens, there were also unexpected losses due to the lack of a bit of luck, but we have achieved some wonderful results against teams noble and important as Italy, Lietuva, Greece, Turkey and Scotland.
We would very much like an Israeli manager could join, as a scout, of our staff! Look forward to your application!
