My best success I got them with CROAZIA winning the MINI WORLD CUP, reaching the final of the U27 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP - Season 4 and reaching third place in the world ranking.

In all my adventures, supported by my staff, I have always given attention to the development of young players and treated with extreme precision the database.

I consider necessary, also an ongoing relationship with the C.T-21 to program the proper growth of young talents.

The livel of team is always high and I have also had the privilege of winning a edition as was coach of Croatia.

The last matches will be dedicated to U27 to understand the potential of the future of the team.

We are updating the Database and trying new forces for the national team.

At first glance, unfortunately, I must say that the situation compared to my first mandate is much deteriorated.

There are few international players that have an aged around 29/30 years.

I think we need that Israeli managers invest in youth school and especially that young people must be trained well and carefully.

I say this because if things do not change within a 3/4 seasons national will suffer a serious decline.

We must put all our availability in the research and planning and you invest in the Israeli players to reverse this trend.

And we came at the moment of new greetings.

As has already happened maybe in a few seasons, if you'll be happy, I will be back here to share the fate of this beautiful game together.

During this season I have seen how the great Israeli movement, which had brought in my first mandate national to 19 place in the ranking, at this time is in the process of regression.

In the national database, that I and my staff have kept in order and enriched of new players, unfortunately the number and quality of the players is rapidly decreasing due to very advanced age of the national owners.

As I have often done in these months I urge you to open youth schools to try to bring out more talents can are useful to the cause. Then it is important to follow and train good talent that can bring prestige to the U21 national and following the Senior.
