Asunto: [U21] BluRay

Hello, i'm BluRay, one of the Italian's Tutor. I spend here a lot of time. Sokker became an important part of my life.

(*) As you can see i've been in the Staff and as Scout of Italy NT and Italy u21 for a lot of seasons. I've been in the Staff of Belarus U21. I've been Scout of Canada U21 and also i've been of Assistant Coach and Head Scout of Prathet Thai U21, Malaysia u21 and Israel u21.

I’d like to show you what a good manager and CT I am. There are very good users ready to help me, because this is a challenge for me and I love challenges.
This season, I want to experience the current and future NT players. The next season we'll try get more points as possible.. and at the end we’ll see if we will be qualified for the second stage of WC.

I would like to tell you that I love the new ME and after some seasons I can say that I know it very well. I usually watch many NT matches to study how good users manage their players because I think it is very important to improve my knowledge.
My idea is that tactic has to change depending on the opponent, so I won't focus on a single tactic.
Right now I'm not able to tell you the best tactic for Israel u21, but i can definitely say is that my main focus will be on the growth of youngsters, because they're the future of every country.

My friends Behmen and DON SAL told me that you are a great community and to try to win this elections because he thinks that I am good enough and he will help me if I will have some doubts.

The U21 Database contains a few players and some of whom are not updated for a long time.

I therefore ask you to collaborate actively trying to always update your players.

I ask you, if possible, to update the players also using one of the following methods:

1) AUTOMATIC: Use Firefox browser, install oSokker plugin and click on the flag under player`s description... than send! It`s the faster and easier way!
2) MANUALLY: Fill all required fields on our NTDB homepage
3) SKMAIL: Send your player`s skills to our scouts by skmail and put it in T.A.
