Asunto: [U21] Eophus candidature

Hi all! :)

After two seasons of stop, I'll put my efforts again on managing some new U21 team; and I'll look for Israel.

Why? Maybe "I bit off more than I could chew", with the U21 WC next to starting (thanks again to Bluray that makes this possible); but, with some garantees about the NTDB totally updated, I think that there's the right time to bring some confidence with the available players by preparing a good team for this adventure.

Of course, I looking for others seasons, if all the community give me the chance; because I'm searching for a project, not only for the appearnce and to take advantage of the situation of WC.

About tactics, I prefer a 4-3-3 disposition on the field; but I adequate my team to the opponent (and with that, I promoted my team on D-league, and I win the play out this season with stronger opponent).

With my previous experience on U21 teams; I manage the U21 Kazakhstan. My work on that community, which have only 3 players active, is to involve it on the U21 project. This makes a rebuilding by zero of the NTDB; the pushing on reopening the youth academy and explain on they the parameters for a good caught to having new elements for the U21; resettng of the old tactics for makin some result with a U21 with less of 30 of average.
I've also works with Fabbrogas like scout for U21 Brasil NTDB for one season.

I know that all that stuff it's useless here, thanks to the great job made by Bluray; but I tell you all to make you understand how much I work on a project, even if it's small.

First of all; I wanna thank all that give me your vote, send me the trust that I'll try to repay into the field.

Second thing: I wanna also thanks Behmen for let me do this "crazy thing". I hope you'll really enjoy the new danish adventure! :)

Now, I've only two weeks for prepare the team for the WC; WC that have given, to our return, a very difficult qualification round: Ceska Republica; Eesti and Deutschland.

Three team over the 20th postion rankings, and with a team with 55 of average.
We start with a remarkable disadvantage; that I hope to fill up with the tactic and some random blessing (Hail all to the Random God!!! :P).

The team have a good point of start by starting of this past season; but, of course, our path depends a lot by the round draw.
