Asunto: [NT] Monty

Hi all! Hi again :)

I play sokker since 2008 and I had a good results with my team.

Maybe you remember me when I helped DON SAL to organise the "Betting Sokker Competition" years ago.

In last seasons, after a little break, I came back to play actively coaching Hong Kong and Shqipëria, then helping as NT Assistant some italian coaches (in Italy U21, Belgium U21 and Sverige NT).

I would like a new project. I would like to coach the Israel NT.
So, I hope to have a possibility to update players and prepare the team for the next WC qualifiers.

Ready for this new beginning!

So far I have not written much on the forum, I'll try to be more practical :)

Goals to achieve in next weeks:
1) update our DB
2) find and follow best players to next seasons
3) support every coach with Israeli players
4) try and prepare some good tactics

Bad way to start the new season. I'm so sorry :(
I have tried some defenders who had played so far and have experienced some new tactical choices for me (high wing and close defense).
Unfortunately, every choice didn't satisfy me.

BTW, I'm already working to next friendly match against Hong Kong. We will play with our Under 28.

Other points.
The updating of our database is proceeding well (about half the list is updated).
We have some interesting young players which are very well trained by foreign coaches.

About Mini World Cup.
We are in Group A against Moldova, Paraguay and Kazakhstán.
week 4 | : | Israel - Kazakhstán
week 5 | : | Israel - Moldova
week 6 | : | Paraguay - Israel

We'll try to do our best on the field!

Hong Kong - Israel 1:2

First game won playing with U28 players against Hong Kong.
Good things: Midfield game, wings action, goals and I tried many players for the Euro Cup.
To improve: defense line, some lateral situations.

Next week first match of Mini World Cup: Israel - Kazakhstán

Israel - Kazakhstán 5:0

Easy win against Kazakhstan in the first game of the Mini World Cup.
Good things: pressing in the middlefield, first wictory in the MWC.
To improve: many errors by our strikers (we could win with more goals)

Next match against Moldova: they're a very good team. I'm preparing a new tactic and I hope in a good match for us :)
