Asunto: [NT] TES

Hi everyone,

I am TES (Max in real life) from Italy and I'm 47 y.o.
I`m playing Sokker since 2010 and my club is in Italian Serie C.
In last two seasons I managed India U21 as well and took it to its best ranking points ever (today 1.032,71) at 67th place position.
An other important achived task is India u21 now has a wider DB as I worked a lot on it.
This season was very good and it was possible to record a 8 match unbeaten streak.
India u21 is now playing in the semifinals of Asian Cup too.

It would be an honour to candidate for the position of manager for Israel NT.


My objectives are:

- trying new tactics in the new season, giving playing opportunities for the young players which have less experience with the NT
- trying to improve the NT ranking
- ensuring an up to date database of our NT players
- trying to buy and train players from Israel in my club
- strong communication with the Israel Sokker community

I can speak English, Spanish and a bit of French (Italian too... :)

Hello my friend. Good luck in your candidacy. For several seasons Israel needs a Technician to help raise the Level of the National Team. When I left the national team 4 seasons ago, I left it in Ranking 38 above Venezuela, which was Ranking 40. Currently Israel is Ranking 51 and Venezuela Ranking 28, which shows that Israel in the last 4 seasons has had very bad Technicians.

I know that you will be able to raise the Performance of the National Team and improve the Ranking. You can count on my support as your Technical Assistant if you wish.

I would like in the future to lead the Israel National Team again.

Unfortunately, we are only a few active users in Israel, so it will be very difficult to find Israeli talent for the national teams. Anyway, hope we get better and rank higher.

This is not a big problem. I lived this situation in India too ;)
India experience told me how to do and I saved a lot of good players forgotten. don't be afraid, we can work togheter and find a way! ;)

Just wanted to pitch in a word for TES who was the coach of India U21.

We really enjoyed having him as a coach for our team and he was instrumental in taking us from 76th place to 68th place in 1 season itself. He is tactically very sound, just the fact that we went till the semi finals of the U21 Asian Cup even though we were ranked 12th among all the participating teams is proof enough of his never say die attitude. He made the best use of whatever players we had, played them in the right positions and gave us great results as a team. The 2 draws against Vietnam, the win against Australia, draw against Canada and the easy win against Slovenia were some of the standout performances when he was the coach for our team.

He's also very lively and extremely collaborative who takes whatever feedback he receives positively. We would have loved to continue keeping him as our coach if not for his desire for some change and coach a different senior NT. The Indian SK community wishes him the best for his future role.

The community welcomed me in a very friendly way and I always got strong support.
Your help was strategic and it made everything easier.

I'm looking for a new task in a senior NT and I am willing to give all my exp and energy to Israel ( if elected) but I will always remember to check India results and I will be happy for its further goals achived.

Hello boys, I'm working on the DB in order to be ready (if elected) from the 1st day.
As I can see Israelian players are in serveral clubs and I need the help of everyone to collect skills about them.
I focus my attention on 60 players in 58 clubs because I think it is necessary to wide the current selection and take into strong consideration young players. I'm going to ask every manger about it, please feel free to take the chance to write me if you think your players should be in my list.
This is the list sorted by age, I have collected few info but I think there are some good prospect here.

Players u27 are very important as I was invited as a guest to partecipate to American Cup U27 and I think this is a good chance to tune the line up and be ready to future WC quaification.
