Asunto: [NT] RajConn

Hello my friends!

Starting from 16.05.2020 when I won with Israel, playing in Nippon, i have started to watching the Israel team.


It was really strange, why that kind of NT with big potecial, lose so many matches. Nowadays I see there is this same situation, therefore I would like to start in election for NT trainer. During my national experience, i have been upgraded Iran and Nippon teams where was 2-4 active users. Here we have more then 15, so considering this its not possible to bulid weak team!

First we need to update skills of all players, then we proceed with tactic/plans. I hope we can do a lot of good thinks for NT Israel team!

Israel won, but looking for stats ~76,6 vs 64,7 - what we could expected? shots 8-10

Of curse your wins are nice, but looking for oponents you should win all - Nicaragua ~69 beat you 4:0, Honduras 1:2 and you creat only 2 shots. Anyway good luck to you, lets leave this decision about voting to Israel users :)

I don't think stats are the only thing to consider. For exemple it seemed to me that you didn't change tacticts during our match even if the result was so bad for your team. This is the worst thing.

I am not happy about the 2 matches (not many) I lost you are talking about . Sometimes it happens when you try (or you have to) to make changes.

We are after first inauguration match. Good and positive emotion, but there is still a lot of young players to check!

Week 01 | South Africa U21 0:2 Israel U21

Second match, very emotion! We have not enought luck, but in general summarizing was very good!

Week 02 | Israel U21 2:2 Latvija U21

We prepare for next battle

Next match - without commens, anyway we have done a lot of good work and updated every important and average players of Israel U21!

Week 03 | Israel U21 0:0 Kypros U21

Looking for skills/forms next season could be much better, there is a lot of nice players, and Im in a contact with a lot of users to keep them in trening.

We did it! We are in final Asian Cup. No is the best time to concentrate on colleting players for next season!
