Asunto: [U21] Islander

OK guys, I apologize for being inactive, but I am finding that managing in USA ML has been really time consuming. It hasn't been a problem keeping the friendlies going.
I'll prune the rest of the 21 year olds today, and review the guys on the watch list, but the roster is fairly locked in.

I will give this team the focus it deserves next season if you want to re-elect me, but after next season - IF my main team continues to be a lot of work (my team is like the 10th weakest last season, and I finished 5th with it - then I will voluntarily step down and let someone else start the new cycle clean next season.

I am withdrawing my candidacy from this position. I think it's better to have one of your own running the team, when they are a quality, experienced manager. Especially when - as I noted - competing in USA ML after just a few seasons has been all encompassing as most teams are noticeably better than mine.

Best of luck in the Cup. The team is rotated so there's no 22 year olds, and I've added a few guys from the observation list to fill in the gaps left.

Yeah, the team is in somewhat better shape from a training standpoint. Defense is a little better. Some young talents. Still depth issues in the midfield, and we have a lot of similar strikers. I did add one off the 'watch' list who apparently trained striking all season (the one with incredible striking).

Otherwise, you shouldn't be missing any relevant talents, I used multiple databases.

That website is useful because assuming you win, you will be able to click on the player and see his skills. The website doesn't show you the skills at a glance, because I guess then everyone would see them.
It uses the same database I use. I just study the raw database itself so it's easier to see at a glance.

I would say about twice a season I look at it again to see if someone's meaningfully progressed that isn't already on the team.
