All, in the effort to give you guys a more homogenized location for U21 information, I am starting this thread (albeit in English, sorry!).
This can be where all future U21 Israel managers can post updates and other important things, rather then having it spread out over multiple threads/managers over the years.
Our first match in the qualifier is coming up Saturday against Portugal.
We are in qualifier Group L which can be found here: https://sokker.org/league/leagueID/35991
Brasil is the 700 lb gorilla of the group, they are the 5th ranked team in the world. Portugal and Peru are ranked 37th and 33rd, respectively. It will be a very tall order to qualify out of this group, but I will give it my best.
I am still in the process of figuring out where everything is - this interface isn't exactly "user-friendly". However I have managed to migrate several of my team's tactics over to the national team to provide a foundation for tactics. We'll be ready for Saturday.

I don't know how seriously the coaches take the game, but maybe in order to avoid "spying" of the opponent its better to publish the lineup and coverage of the game, after it ends

I thought about this, but honestly without giving the specific tactical assignment for the starters, I'm not convinced it'll matter to opposing coaches.

A defender error caused the first goal, and they got a late goal in the 89th minute. Their late substitutions were FAST players (probably with low stamina). Almost knocked them off :)
Iran next week.
edit: If there is a private place I can talk more about the specifics of what this team can really use - let me know, because I don't want to talk about the team strengths/weaknesses publicly.

Well, I don't think it's right for me to send PMs to coaches of players - it's THEIR players... but if anyone reading this wants advice on how to best build a player for the U21 team, I'm only an email away. Don't hesitate to ask questions - I will always be honest and realistic.

I have no idea why we defaulted to a 5-0 win against Iran. This is extremely disappointing because an actual game we would have built up some goal differential.
You are not from Israel, so you don't understand bro.
Iran dosent recognize our country, they are racist and want to destroy us, that's why they didn't play the game.

the team is run by someone from Indonesia though, and they barely have any people in the country playing to begin with.
Plus, if the argument is they didn't put a tactic in, well that doesn't stop bot teams from playing games with the previous game's tactic.
Look at the default score lineups. In my experience, the only reason you get a default is if you don't dress enough players. Maybe, I guess, if you don't dress a goalie?
It just didn't make sense to me. If I saw no one in the lineup for Iran I could figure it out politically.
Plus, if the argument is they didn't put a tactic in, well that doesn't stop bot teams from playing games with the previous game's tactic.

Not much fun to report today. Got a red card in minute 4 and had no midfield after that. Their team was just faster all over the field.
