Asunto: U21 / Season 70

הפסדנו היום 2:0 לסקוטלנד.

זה היה משחק של עד גיל 20 כדי להכין את הדור הזה לקראת אליפות העולם בעונה הבאה (כשיהיו בני 21).
הסקוטים מלכתחילה טיפה יותר טובים מאתנו, אבל לא מעבר לכך, ולכן קיוויתי שיהיה פה לפחות תיקו.
אם ניתן לשפוט את הנבחרת כרגע, אז היא לוקה בחסר בעיקר בהתקפה ובווינג, ולכן גם לא היינו קרובים אפילו להבקיע שער אחד כל המשחק
טוב, תוצאה קצת מאכזבת, אבל ממשיכים הלאה.

שבוע הבא מתחיל טורניר פנימי של 4 שבועות. טרם נקבעה ההגרלה. אני מקווה לא רק להביא תוצאות טובות, אלא קודם כל להכיר את הדור הזה של השחקנים,

לא טיפ טיפה. מאוד חלש. אין סטאר אחד ב-יו.20, וגרוע מכך, כרגע בקושי יש לי 11 שחקנים שאני ארגיש שהם יכולים להביא תוצאות מפתיעות כלשהן.
אם כולם היו גל ללוז, מצבנו היה מצוין. אבל בקושי יש עוד 2 שחקנים ברמה שלו, והוא אפילו לא סטאר עד כדי כך גדול

OK, so I took a quick look at this.

I don't know if you made changes to my existing tactic or not, but I am pretty sure I don't press this far in that tactic, ever:


This is bad. This is asking for a goal to be scored. Even if it was my tactic unadjusted by you.
In general, my early iterations of formations were very conservative on defense, because I badly lacked talent and speed.

I have no doubt we lack talent here. However, knowing this you have to make formations that understand and respect what you both have and don't have. A manager can't necessarily take the tactics their own team uses, and expect them to translate well. Maybe if you managed Brazil...:)

I'll give you one example, because this weekend my time is short (family coming). At the U21 level, you know these attacking guys are, almost always, going to have less tech than your defenders have defense. Therefore, it makes more sense to let the attackers come to you, rather than press them, get beat, and never catch up with the non-existent pace our defense probably has (Gal notwithstanding).

Also, don't be afraid to reach out to team players and suggest training (I usually asked them what they were training them for, first). If I didn't really like how they were being trained, then I would make a 'request' for them to 'think' about changing it for the team.

If you want, message me and I will take a closer look on Monday, if nothing else. I only could watch the first half today.

I'm recovering from Covid19, I don't have so much energy and that's why I didn't make matches of players for this game. I felt so bad all this week. But I'm taking your invitation to get help or advice sometimes.

I actually have side effects...post covid...I lost my sense of taste and smell, and it's a great opportunity to lose weight :)

אתמול שיחקנו נגד דנמרק במסגרת טורניר פנימי של משחקי ידידות.
טורניר שבו משתתפים רק שחקנים בני 20.
לצערי הפסדנו 2:0.
לא מצאתי פגם ספציפי במערך שאיתו עלינו, פשוט הבדלי רמות של 5 נק׳ רייטינג (46 מול 41)
ובעיקר - מחסור קשה של ווינגרים וחלוצים בדור הנוכחי.
גם כשהגענו לשני מצבים איכשהו, ואפילו קיבלנו פנדל (שהוחמץ כמובן), לא היה ניתן להבקיע עם כאלה חלוצים.
בטח לא כשחלוצים ורי גוד/ אקסלנט בלי טכניקה גבוהה מתמודדים מול בלמים אינק׳ ומעלה (סביר להניח שהם כאלה).
הדנים עלו ובצדק עם מרכז הגנה מאוד צפוף ואנחנו פעם אחר פעם הורחקנו מהשער.

שבוע הבא - אינדונזיה.
כמו שזה נראה, זה המשחק היחיד שניתן וצריך לחשוב בו על 3 נקודות.
גם הם יותר טובים מאתנו (44 רייטינג במשחק האחרון), אבל פה אולי עוד אפשר לסחוט משהו.

לצערי גם בבוגרת דור הזהב חולף לו ומשם אנחנו הולכים רק להתדרדר ברמה , מקווה מאוד שמידי פעם יישלפו כוכבים שיוכלו לייצב את הנבחרת הבוגרת ולהשתלב עם המבוגרים , קצת לאזן
אבל תמשיך בעבודה הטובה , תנסה לעשות כל מיני דברים שאולי יוכלו להפיק יותר מהשחקנים הנכים שלנו , אתה לא נשפט פה על תוצאות והכל מובן

הבעיה שהמשחק מאוד מסובך למתחילים , חוקים לא מעודכנים כבר שנים , ואין נגישות ומי שעוזר באמת .
נרשמים אנשים ופשוט מפסיקים להכנס

לצערנו הנבחרות שלנו תלויות רק בגרעין הקטן שיש כאן , וזה למה עוד יותר חשוב שהגרעין הקיים יפתח כמה שאפשר את השחקנים שנשלפים , כי לפעמים כשהם נמכרים הם נופלים על מאמנים גרועים שרק הורסים את השחקנים

נקווה לטוב וזה מה יש לצערנו

משחק קשוח לקהילה פה בישראל.
כולו 10 -12 משתתפים משקיענים. וגם זה בהפרזה.

במצב כזה בלתי אפשרי לייצר יותר משלושה יהלומים בעונה.
לפולין לצורך העניין יש בטח 70 יהלומים בעונה.

אני מתכוון לנסות עם הקבוצה שלי ג׳רוזלם משחקי
דמה לנבחרת. אולי אצליח מדי פעם להפתיע דרך מערך אינטליגנטי ותואם את
היריב.

Even in America, when I catch a B team that is semi-active, I will literally offer my help and almost no one takes me up on it. Like, there's nothing more I can do.
This game is extraordinarily unfriendly to new players. You start with the same thing you would have 15-18 years ago. It's insane. Raul keeps wanting to grow the game, but does next to nothing to follow up on it.


As far as today's match, you could see the speed difference on the field and that is difficult - if not impossible - to work through. I will add that I actually liked the way our attack was set up. With sounder players, it would have worked a bit better.

I also think. One cannon striker we had was enough, and we could have finished even with 2:2. But the lineup is really weak and I'm quite helpless

I know man. I know. It doesn't help because it can be difficult to schedule opponents around your skill level too. Everyone is so fast to jump to invite whoever on Saturdays (my time) that by the time I get around to logging in, my options were limited. I do actually leave the house on weekends, haha.
It was why I liked the Asia Cup because teams were relatively equal, but it turned out we got too many forfeits from managers not paying attention to it. Just lame all around.
