ב. לא ראית שבניסוי של בן עם עליות אקראיות ועוזרי מאמן
התפיסה שעוזר מאמן עם תכונה גבוהה מסוימת יעודד עליות באותה תכונה, נפלה טוטאלית

It is very possible that Ben's experiment was a one-off thing. Maybe you'll get totally different results in another team with other players and coaches. That is regarding Ben's experiment.

Regarding the overall level of the coach... I still believe that when the game's engine calculates pops, it factors in, the overall level of the coach AND the level at the specific aspect you train. Within the formula calculation, I believe that the overall level of the Head coach adds much to the success of the pops. Of course that the level at the particular aspect is very important, if not more important, but...
Since I can't change my coach every quarter of a season, I prefer to choose a coach with balanced levels so he can train every aspect I want. That means; that I prefer a Formidable coach with Outstanding or Incredible in 3-4 aspects, instead of an Adequate coach with Magical in one aspect and then change him every two months or so.

This is mixing game mechanics with financial reality. :)

1. I can read too. I read that part and am not convinced that it's clean of room for interpretation. Also from experience with other games I'd say that there MUST be a formula per what I said.

2. Ben's experiment was well conducted, but... it is one single team. Thus the results are not only inconclusive, but also have absolutely no scientific value. If 100 teams did it, and got the exact same results, then and only then, it would start making sense... scientifically!

No,... that is exactly what I DON'T want to do. I don't want to change often and that is why I said that you need a head coach with a high overall level and balanced aspects.

BTW, I did not give up on any good coaches... (where did you get that? :o )

אז אני שאלתי, למה אתה רוצה להחליף כל רבע עונה אימון, ובגלל שאתה תחליף כל רבע עונה אימון, אתה לא יכול להרשות לעצמך מאמן איכותי כי אתה תצטרך כל הזמן להחליף אותו (כל פעם שתחליף אימון).. שוב פעם לא הבנתי אותך או שעכשיו זה בסדר, סופסוף יש הבנה?י

הוא רוצה לאמן חצי עונה סטמינה וחצי עונה מהירות עם אותו מאמן
ושהעוזר מאמן יפמפם את השחקנים ב2 תכונות נוספות

אני רוצה להגיד שיש לי שחקן שעלה בשלוש עונות שלי עלייה ראנדומאלית בכל אחת מהתכונות(חוץ משוער (נאראה לי...))ובטכניקה הוא עלה כבר פעמיים וגם במסירה.

נראה לי זה לא מספיק
וכל תכונה שאימנת כתכונה ראשית מן הסתם יוצאת מהחשבון

לא מספיק יא זבל!
הוא עלה בפייס לפני שהתחלתי לאמן והוא עלה בפ"צ אחרי שסיימתי לאמן(ביום שהוא עלה הפסקתי לאמן)והוא עלה בבגנה פעמיים(אחת השבוע)ובמסירה אני לא בטוח עם פעם או פעם אחת.

חבל שאין לך תיעוד מתוכנת עזר

היה לי אבל פירמטתי את המחשב השבוע אז אני מתחיל הכל מהתחלה.
תראה הוא עולה כל 3 שבועות...
ואני לא יכול להבטיח בקשר לפאסינג שהוא עלה פעמיים אבל יש סיכוי.
