Asunto: משכורות מאמנים

היה לי אבל פירמטתי את המחשב השבוע אז אני מתחיל הכל מהתחלה.
תראה הוא עולה כל 3 שבועות...
ואני לא יכול להבטיח בקשר לפאסינג שהוא עלה פעמיים אבל יש סיכוי.

נורא יקר למאמן אוט אבל עם הוא מאמן ראשי אז זה אולי בסדר..לי יש אינק עם משכורת פחות אבל הוא לא מאמן ראשי אז יש לו פחות אנארטלי ופחות רמות גבוהות.

הוא מאמן ראשי
גם לי יש אינק (מאמן נוער) עם משכורת טיפה נמוכה יותר
יש לו תכונות סבירות בהכל ככה שהוא מתאים לי .. במיוחד כשאני מאמן פייס ומאמן את כל הקבוצה

I have made many mistakes during this first season in Sokker. I think I hired and sacked around 10 coaches, which not only reduced overall effectiveness of training, but also cost me a fortune. Still, one can only look to the future and hope for the best :)

אני לא מבין אותך....למה אתה לא שם מאמן יותר טוב בנוער...אקסלנט??(ועוד אקסלנט כנראה יקר עם הרמות הגבוהות האלה..)עדיף לשים את הפורמי בנוער..

:) I was waiting for someone to say that... that I should change the Youth and assistant coaches. However,...

My first team, the regular one, is extremely young. Average age of 18.2. So they are almost like my youth team in terms of age. I am also very keen on having as many random pops as possible BEFORE the Pollacks get their start of season bonuses, so i can sell some of the players.

Maybe I will replace them AFTER the start of next season, but for now it stays the way it is.

לא אמרתי להחליף בין המאמנים...זה טוב שיש לך עוזר מאמן פורמי ואני בעד זה...אבל תקנה עוד פורמי עם תכונות נמוכות (המחיריהיה דומה לאקסל עם גבוהות)ויהיה יותר שווה...אני גם היייתי לוקח את האקסל ושם אותו עוזר מאמן שני..כי כמו שאמרת אתה רוצה יותר ראנדום פופ.

איך אתה מממן את זה..

I buy young players with at least one Solid in their main aspects (Defence, Playmaking or Strikers) for anything between 1,000-30,000 and then sell them for much more. At least in theory.

This works for me however, since this is my first season, I have made many mistakes; I sold players at bad times (like early in the morning on Mondays), I replaced many coaches, I even sacked around 10 players for nothing.

So my financial situation is a bit tight, but I manage alright and hopefully this coming season when my Youth team starts producing promising players, I will be able to make some profit too.
