מאמן ברמה הזאת צריך להיות בסביבות ה-70.000 ש"ח משכורת לדעתי, למרות שיש גם יותר נמוכים

I have two Formidable coaches... one gets 72,000 and the other one 60,000.
80k+ seems a bit too high.

Go into Transfers -> Trainers and put down only:
Overall level minimum Formidable
Wage Maximum 68,000

There are a few great coaches very cheap in the next few days. You'll have to be logged in a few minutes before the deadline else they'll be stolen away...

I have made a little examination...

A nice Formidable coach should cost about 740-780 per rank point, i.e. you add up all the coach's skills, excluding his overall skill, and divide his salary by the total.

A nice Outstanding coach should cost between 850-950 per rank point.

Look there are a couple of ways to look at this...

1. If you just want to train Strikers and Pace, you don't need as a Head Coach someone with such a high score. I am training Pace and Stamina so i got a coach who is high just in these two aspects, an overall level of Good and a salary below 60,000. You are paying here 134,000 for extremely high qualities which you are not even using. He is a wonderful coach but it's like taking a Ferrari for shopping in a Pitzutziya.

2. The second way to look at this is through his salary and ranks combined. He is only a Formidable coach overall. Yet he costs what you can get for an Incredible (but cheap) coach. If you use the calculation I presented above than for the 134,000 and total points he has you pay over 1,500 for each point instead of the 750 you should.

Overall, I think he is a great coach, but WWWWAAAAYYYY too expensive for his level and way too sophisticated for the purpose of what you need.

אז לדעתכם, להשאיר או לא? כי לפי איך שאני הבנתי את המשחק, עם מאמן שכזה אני אוכל להתקדם בקלות...
או שפשוט עדיין לא הבנתי את המשחק.. ;)

לא ברור לי למה כולם פה חוזרים פה כמו תוכים שוב ושוב על זה שהעליות ראנדומליות ?
ראנדומלי= אקראי
העליות הן לא ראנדומליות בכלל , אלא עולות בקצב קבוע בהתאם לרמת המאמן הראשי בתכונה הרלבנטית (לא התכונה שמאומנת) .
אם למאמן שלכם יש טרג'יק-הופלס בהגנה השחקנים יקבלו אימון קטן מאד (אם בכלל) כל שבוע בהגנה ושחקן יעלה בהגנה אחרי הרבה מאד זמן אם בכלל , לעומת זאת אם יש לו אנארטלי אז העליות יהיו הרבה יותר מהירות

This coach is EXTREMELY and ridiculously expensive! If you are training Striking or Technique or anything else, then the Head coach should have high stats in that aspect. All his other stats are NOT important. Thus, to pay 134,000 for training two qualities, does NOT require a Head coach that costs so much. You can find one with Magic+ in both (Str & Tec) for half the price!

If he is NOT your Head coach and only an assistant coach and you expect to have him affect the random pops, then he is extremely expensive for a Formidable coach! The overall level is what is important for the random pops and for 134,000 you can get an Incredible coach which will give you far better random pops with lower stats!

Either way, he is a bad coach.
Far too expensive for the job you need done.
He is not a bad coach as he has all these high stats, but they are completely irrelevant to you!

I saw today an Outstanding coach with a salary of 72,000 and I'm sure you can get an incredible coach for under 100,000!
