Asunto: משכורות מאמנים

(This debate only proves that people here pay attention more to WHO says things than to what is said! What a bunch of sycophants.)



This coach is EXTREMELY and ridiculously expensive! If you are training Striking or Technique or anything else, then the Head coach should have high stats in that aspect. All his other stats are NOT important. Thus, to pay 134,000 for training two qualities, does NOT require a Head coach that costs so much. You can find one with Magic+ in both (Str & Tec) for half the price!

If he is NOT your Head coach and only an assistant coach and you expect to have him affect the random pops, then he is extremely expensive for a Formidable coach! The overall level is what is important for the random pops and for 134,000 you can get an Incredible coach which will give you far better random pops with lower stats!

Either way, he is a bad coach.
Far too expensive for the job you need done.
He is not a bad coach as he has all these high stats, but they are completely irrelevant to you!

I saw today an Outstanding coach with a salary of 72,000 and I'm sure you can get an incredible coach for under 100,000!

גם זול בצורה משמעותית יחסית לשלו, גם רמה כללית גבוהה יותר וגם תכונות גבוהות רבות יותר

אבל תראה, יש מאמן פורמיד' עם משכורת ענקית ועם תכונות גבוהות מאוד, ויש מאמן אאוט' עם משכורת נמוכה מאוד, אבל עם תכונות לא מספיק גבוהות
אולי לא הבנת אותי, אבל ככל שיש למאמן תכונות משניות יותר גבוהות, ככה יהיו יותר עליות "רנדומליות" באימון וככה השחקנים יתקדמו מהר יותר בתכונות הלא מאומנות..י
אצל עוזר מאמן אתה צודק לגמרי, המאמן שהציגו פה לא מתאים לעמדה בגלל רמת הג'נרל הנמוכה יחסית לשכר הגבוה, אבל לעמדת המאמן הראשי? הוא מתאים בול.. אני אישית אוהב כאלה מאמנים שיספקו הרבה עליות רנדומליות וגם לי יש אחד דומה..י

ארז אתה צודק והמשכורת שלו גבוהה ביחס לרמה אבל זה תלוי עד כמה אתה רוצה עליות ברמות האחרות
תשאל כל מאמן בליגה הראשונה בפולין והוא יגיד לך שהוא מחזיק מאמן ראשי עם אנארטלי ברוב התכונות

הבנתי אותך, אני אבדוק את השוק בעז"ה מוצ"ש, ואם אמצא משהו טוב יותר, זול יותר, נלך עליו..

קניה דומה בשוק הגיע כשעתים לפני הסגירה ל 1,800,000 אולי נסגרה ביותר מזה

אתה מתכוון לעשות סבב בין סטמינה, סטרייק, מסירות וטכניקה
או מקווה לעליות אקראיות?

בינתיים אתן עוד אימון או שתיים של סטרייק (יש לי שניים או שלושה שיעלו) ואז טכניקה.
שאלתי בפורום הבינלאומי מה כדאי, האם מאמן אחד ששווה הרבה (כמו זה) בלי עוזרים, או מאמן פחות גבוה עם עוזרים.
לא קיבלתי תשובה, אני מקווה שהניסוי יצליח לי. אבל לפני שאני מפטר את העוזרים אני אבדוק האם האצטדיון המורחב מאפשר לי להשאיר אותם ולהשאר מאוזן.
