ובאמת שאלה: מאמנים יוצאים לפנסיה או שהם כמו גיורא שפיגל תקועים לנו כמו עצם בגרון?
(משמע שכחו מה זה לאמן ורמתם יורדת / החבר'ה באים עם ארון, כמה מסמרים ומורים לו להתפנות :-)

There is no decrease on coach's skill as they go older

There is no known coach that have been retire so far due to his age

Your Incredible coach has 101 rank points for 124,650. Mine has 108 points for 155,550.

That means that your coach costs 1,234 per point while mine 1,440.

My coach is 24% more expensive overall but only 6.9% more expensive per rank point.

So,... per straight salary my coach is not as good as yours, but if you calculate the price of getting him factored into this whole equation, the fact that I only paid 82,500 to get him compared to what most people pay which is anything between 600,000 to 1,000,000 for an Incredible coach. I think mine has the edge! ;-) or not.

לדעתי אתה מציב לא נכון את המאמנים.
מן הסתם הכי טוב (187) צריך להיות המאמן הראשי ואחד מהאינקרדיבל צריך להיות מאמן נוער. ולגבי עוזרים: קשה לי להאמין שתוכל לעמוד בשכר של ארבעתם. לי אישית יש עוזרי מאמן ורי גוד בהתמחויות שונות...

אז יש עובדה אחת ברורה:
המאמן של הנוער שבאמת גם טוב וגם זול - או שהוא יילך קודם לעולמו והפסקתי להשקיע בסוקר (אתחתן עם דיקטטורית, לדוגמא) - או שאשתי דווקא תהיה בסדר, ועד גיל 120 אחזיק במאמן הזה...

אין לי שום בעיה להחזיק את המאמנים האלה
הפסד דו שבועי של 200-300 אלף הוא סביר
וברגע שאגדיל את המגרש הוא גם יצטמצם
ואתה טועה לגבי איזה מאמן לשים כראשי
שמתי את המאמן שמתאים מבחינת האימון שלי
וכמאמן נוער את המאמן הטוב ביותר

סבבה!
אני עשיתי חישוב שהפרש ההוצאות הכנסות שלי עם המאמנים האלה מעמיד אותי בפלוס אחרי הכל. אבל אם אשקיע 956 אלף על מאמנים, יפתחו במיוחד בשבילי ליגה ב' :-)

לדעתי כולכם סתם מגזימים עם ההוצאות על מאמנים
יש לי צוות אימון ברמה סבירה לגמרי והוצאות של
