Asunto: משכורות מאמנים

כן,אבל פה זה לא מציאות...:)
במציאות יש לך גורם של אופי,יש מאמנים תחמנים שמה שמעניין אותם זה כסף ויש כאלה יותר צנועים,שזה נדיר:P
פה הכל מתמטיקה,אין למחשב אופי או רגש.
תחשוב שבמציאות היה מבחן למאמנים והיו בודקים את הרמה אימון שלהם במדוייק ולפי זה היו קובעים משכורת שצריך לשלם לו,המשכורות היו מתאימות לתכונות לא?
ככה אני חושב שזה הולך פה,אבל כמובן אין לנו דרך לדעת את זה...

נסכים על לא להסכים אם כך:-)
חברה אם משהוא משחרר מאמן עם משכורת 15 אלף בערך ברמה טובה שיודיע לי
או מאמן עם סטאמינה גבוהה וכל השאר נמוך במשכורת של מקסימום 35 אלף בבקשה להודיע לי
