Asunto: משכורות מאמנים

הכל תלוי בגיל הסגל.
אם הוא מחזיק סגל צעיר יבואו אחלה עליות רנדומליות.

אצלי עם מאמן מעט יותר טוב יש כמעט כל שבוע רנדומליות. זה מהסיבה שאני מחזיק סגל צעיר ביותר.

עלה לי 127 אלף ואמרתי שאני לא אחפש בזה בחיים כי כל הזמן שחיפשתי מאמן יצאו לי איזה 4 גרועים ואז אחד קצת טוב וזה עיצבן אותי ועוד ב127 אלף אמרתי שאני מנסה רק פעם אחת.
עשיתי הכל בריליאנט ושוער וורי גוד או אקסלנט.
ונראה לי יש לי בריליאנט עם משכורת בין הנמוכות.

יש לך אחלה בריל'

יש לו אחלה משכורת לדעתי..
קניה טובה מאוד לנוער שלך..

OK... seeing these reactions I have a question;

My team is very young, it is sixth in Israel's statistics with an average age of 19.3 .
However, I also got some promising youth and my second coach is an Excellent (-level) one.

Should I put my better and new coach, the one I just bought for the youth team?
or should I keep him for the main team and hope for Random pops?

Here are the two coaches for comparison:

בכל מקרה אני תמיד הייתי מעדיף את המאמן עם הרמה הכללית הגבוהה יותר לנוער.

I train my team in Stamina and Pace.

לכן עדיין הפורמיד עדיף לנוער...

אני למשל לא בעד .גם מתן לא בעד.

הוא ישלם 4-5 שבועות משכורת של 45 אלף. ואז יפטר אותו ויקנה מאמן חדש.
