Hi everybody. First of all, because I have never written in this forum before, it's time to present myself: I'm Frank Lioty and I'm Italian. I love a lot this game, it's like a drug imho. It's not a case if I spend lots of hours a day (not less of 5-6).

I'm a tactical man, in fact, thanks of my abilities, I reached 2 direct promotions, winning all the matches, in spite of my horrible players. I love studying my adversaries and make a particular tactic for playing against them. I don't prefer a particular type of play (for example I use 5.3.2 - 4.3.3 or 4.4.2). The most important thing is understand which of them it's the best for the next match.

Talking about Island, I think It's a very young nation in sokker, so first of all it need a precise project about the growing of young players. It's important to improve the "youth school philosophy" in all the Icelander teams.

About a faster goal, I think this nation has to improve its ranking and maybe, try a more balanced tactic. I don't like a lot that hole in the centre of the field. Island shouldn't leave the adversary's mids to create their play. We have to understand that Island isn't strong like Poland I think, so, it has not to make the adversary reasons.

They are two very differents type of nations: Italy is one of the strongest team while Island is a very young one. Italy is a "big" and its goals are quite a lot different than Island. They have to improve for reaching Poland. Island is a young project, it's possible to try lots of different solutions and think to revolutionize all the bases. It's something of new, something that needs to grow up. I think I'm really a good man in doing this kind of things.

If you say this, honestly I think it's the worst thing you can do. Island is too young, it's a great promise and he needs everything except that this thirst of victories. It would risks to burn itself. Don't waste all the Iceland players' hopes, please.

Do you really think that Senegal hasn't got worst players than Island's ones? Please, be realistic. It's so evident.

I didn`t include Senegel in, because this match just was only couple of days ago.

Sorry, but now I`m lost..my criticism?

First of all, Island has to bring people in sokker:

new teams = new players/new youth schools = more chances of talented players

But the most important thing is using a different way in choosing NT players. I'm not talking about the values of the skills (even if I don't agree with the actual ones). I'm talking about introduce new parameters of valuation. It's important creating a closed group of "bigs" (about 15 players), in this way Island will continue playing good matches. The other slots will be for interesting players. The most important 4 things in choosing them:

- skills
- talent
- age
- plain of training of the owner

Considering a player, not only his skills are so important. For example, if a player is very young and has an interesting talent (for example 3 or 4), maybe he would enter in the NT. Naturally if his owner has a plain of training good for him. Seeing skills isn't the unique important requisites.

So, the most 2 important ideas are:

bring people in sokker
new teams = new players/new youth schools = more chances of talented players
