First of all, Island has to bring people in sokker:

new teams = new players/new youth schools = more chances of talented players

But the most important thing is using a different way in choosing NT players. I'm not talking about the values of the skills (even if I don't agree with the actual ones). I'm talking about introduce new parameters of valuation. It's important creating a closed group of "bigs" (about 15 players), in this way Island will continue playing good matches. The other slots will be for interesting players. The most important 4 things in choosing them:

- skills
- talent
- age
- plain of training of the owner

Considering a player, not only his skills are so important. For example, if a player is very young and has an interesting talent (for example 3 or 4), maybe he would enter in the NT. Naturally if his owner has a plain of training good for him. Seeing skills isn't the unique important requisites.

So, the most 2 important ideas are:

bring people in sokker
new teams = new players/new youth schools = more chances of talented players

I have done that twice in HT. Some Island managers has advertised it there I guess. Didn´t work to be honest, only 2-3 users maximum joined.
But I am planning to make another thread there after the new layout is released.

You didn't understand. How many fundamental player you have? Maybe a group of 15 players. 11 titular ones and about 4 reserves (for example 1 GK, 1 DEF, 1 MID and 1 ATT). This is the closed group. The other slots will be used for young players.

Player can be talented, but if you see his skills are very low, then there is no point to take him in.

These are the "requirements". If a player doesn't respect them, it's evident it can't be chosen. Please, avoid in saying these stupidities. If you can't answer saying something of intelligent, please, be silent.

True but unrealistic at the moment. The Sokker in Iceland was in pain in many season because crazy work of Sokker staff when they allowed team from Norway to play in Iceland. That team had played in many season and it was simple overkilled in diffrence between this team and other teams. No way to get them financial or as a team in whole.

That case almost drop all intresting in Iceland. Vilpu made a great job to keep Sokker in Iceland in live on this time. This season things have change because we get rid of this team=For first team things have been intresting in playing this game=more team have come, all getting great help and welcome from Vilpu and other users.

But it will take time to work this up again so talking about getting a lot of new is not realistic. And I may say to that it´s disponent that Sokker allow people to play in other countries than their own. I see any intresting point in to have users from 5-6 countries playing in first division in Iceland like in trophymanager for example.

But things are getting better but it takes time and people need to be realistic.

it's not a beautiful situation but I believe that time will solve it.
