Asunto: [NT] Opsant

I wanna avoid the usual (and useless) greetings to the nation etc... if I wouldn't like your country, I wasn't here.
:)

so... a pair of words on my career:

- I'm playin' since August 2005

- 2 first places, 3 second places and 1 third place in the third italian division (3721 users)
I'm called the "tactic man" for my ability of making the best tactic on each match.
This season was the first in second italian division (serie b.03).

- author of one of the first managerial tools in sokker (but only in excel eheh) with Eridon (italian MOD)

Italian Att 20-21y Scout two seasons ago (with Amido CT)

- best rank: 21° italian user (on 3721 users) in the ranking

- tutor of about 50 sokker users... please give an eye at my tutor forum

and something about my program:

- collaboration with other users. I'd like to insert some users in the scouting plan but I can't contact directly you (by the rules...). please, who's interested in can send me a sk-mail.

- I want to create a discussion thread on th NT, where I can speak about NT with all the users and plan together the future.

- Great attention on the young players, with 1 scout for each role (gk, def, mid, att) and for each age (so... "att over 21", "att19-20", "att 17-18", "att16" etc...). of course, each of you can be selected for these roles.

- The max part of my time will be dedicated at the study of the opposite team and at the tactic plan, according to Sun Tzu's Art of war

Ok, here we have some questions for U:

- What would you have done different from what i have done.
- Do U think that it is possible to qualify to the World Cup with the Islandic NT.

- you made a great NT qualif. tournement, but I think you set the most important matches too defensive, playing in couterattack only and enduring all the match. I like you way of manage the young players and the scouts, but I would stratify more the scouts, in order to let more users join this project.

- yes, it's possible, if we'll have a similar qualification group. canada wasn't a so hard opponent.

Well, it´s always easy after the matches has been played.
We played some better teams, and our strength is the defense, i am also defensive in my thoughts so thats queit normal to me to first organice the defence and after that see how we can score :D

We managed for the first time to get through to the WC so i am pleased anyhow but of course it would have been even better if we had gained ore points from Suomi or Canada.

mine wasn't a critical approach at your session, as well as you can read in your thread, I was the only user who defended your choices. but I think, and my idea is at the same level then the yours, not better or worse, that some matches haven't to be played so in a so defensiveway.

I´d like to be more offensive but my mind tells me not to, and thats the way i will run Island ;D
