Asunto: [NT-u21] Kasparius

Hi there,

I'm in the election for the u21 squad. I'm 47 years old and live i Norrkoping, Sweden. I started to play Sokker in may 2006 and this coming season will be my 10th. I'm logged on for Sokker daily, often for 4-5 hours a day.

In Sweden i'm known as a good tactician manager and i play in the next highest division with my team 3 Witches. This season we ended at 2:nd place and my target the coming season is to reach the highest division.

I have being following the Iceland NT through Cambrant and i think he's done a excellent work! If Cambrant is elected for the senior NT, i will work very tight to him with your younger team and serve him with upcoming NT-stars!

Tactics
I'm used to scout my opponents and often I set my tactics to defend me of his strength or take advance of his weakness. I'm a very active manager and always go for victory and succes!


Targets
I couldn't take down the moon and i wouldn't give you any targets for your u21 the coming season. I will get to know your u21-team and for certain expriment a lot too. If the NT-(senior) coach wants to test a certain player in a specific position, i think the u21 is the right place to do it in. I will always listen to the NT-(senior) coach, and do what i can to serve him and develop the senior NT.

If you choose me as your u21 captain you've got a very strong NT-squad (with Cambrant and me) who will work tight togethter and support eachother with the same target, witch is to give your NT the best possibillitys any coach could give.

i strongly recommend kasparius as the U21 captain.
As he says, we know eachother well and know how to run the nationalteams.

Kasparius is also very active, one of the users that writes most in the swedish forum.

obviously he did not realise it was an requirement but he will know that next time! :D

There will only be friendly matches for the U21 National Teams this first season.

So if i'm elected for u21-captain, i will only search for unofficial tournaments with teams/countries who are similar to Iceland in users and strengh.
This will hopefully give us a nice ranking for the next season when official tournaments will be starting.

What is your vision about the age?
Are you going to use 16-18 years old players or older?
I dont think that managers want to risk their rising 19-20 years old stars to get injury becose
if a talented 19 or 20 years old player has to be off the training field for lets say 3 weeks he might be dropped out of competition to real NT.
Well those are just my thoughts and dont get me wrong.I hope you will win the elections but just think about it.
Also i have a talented 17 years old striker.

From the beginning i'd use the best players (19-21), but i will also test younger players to give the coaches inspiration to train them well ;)

Well yes... but don't worry.. this problem is right now all over sokker.
The best countries as Poland,Spain and Estonia are facing a big problem becose managers are not willing to send their talented 19-20 years old players to U21...
I was also talking about it before but i want to get into details.
Becose in the best sokker countries the competition to NT is very high and all the young players must have maximum amount of training otherwize they won't get into NT.
And if you get a 3 weeks long injury, then your player will lose at least 3 surten skill trainings + 3 overall skills trainings...with overall trainings players in young age pop-up in 1 season about 0,7 in every skill(which means approximatly 6 surten trainings)
So probaly becose of competition these countries have to play U21 with 16-17 years old players or then 21 years old lower players who are surtenly not getting into NT

I hope we not have this problem on Iceland.
It is... and should be a honor to have a player in the NT.
The player also get experience and get a higher value in the trade-market if he plays in NT so i hope everyone here will show their players to whoever gets the job to run U21 on Iceland ;)

well yes i agree to your idea about the value and honour but thats the fact :)
I hope and belive that the same thing will not happen here becose the competition to real nt
is not as high as in top 10 countries.
