kasparius [del] para Todos
I now have had the pleasure to looked at some of the Icelandish young players. Some of you have post them on the forum, others have sended them to me by SK-mail. Thanks so far!

My first thought is that a lot of them have a very low stamina :( In my own team i prefer to have at least 9.very good stamina on all my players, but most of them have 11.formidable.
This is very important and will also raise the value on the player a lot!

Next week there is only one match (the cup) and if you want to get training for the whole team, stamina is the right thing to train :)

Totally agree.

OK I have changed my training to stamina.
2009-01-08 20:36:26
Great!

If I want all my strikers to get training they all have to play?

Stamina is trained by the whole team, no need to play... this is the only thing that all team can train.

Great! :)

I didn't think an experience manager like you looser have a low stamina on your players, but there are others who don't seemes to understand the importness of this.

A guy with for ex. 2.unsatisfactory stamina will only preform his best for the first 15 minutes in a match, and in the NT there is no use of this kind of players... an neither in his real team too :/

Stamina will pop once or twice steps every week with a 16.unearthly stamina-trainer on all players in the troup, so it will go fast to raise this skill.

I have had some players wich have lower but it was with purpose. I was rebuilding the team from absoltue basic few season ago anddecided to take the big risk of let the stamina come slowlly with the plus of getting more training in basic skills. Most of my players are trained from start or almost.

Now time have change and from this season I´m starting again in normal way of training. But of course young players from juniour school have low stamina.

I´m waiting for some players from the YA and have take 2 places free from them. Now I´m hoping for special kind of players with good in def or striker even so they are lower in playmaking, side skills need of course to be good, because now I have very good time to development them. The club are in good shape wich have been the goal for long time, the coaches, field etc.

Hverjir eiga eftir að kjósa?

Það eru bara 9 búnir að kjósa þjálfara fyrir A-landsliðið og 7 fyrir U21 landsliðið. Kjósið eigi síðar en strax! :)

Hmmm, i can see that the 2 votes that differs has gone to 2 polish managers.
I won´t think more of it, hopefully i´ll get enough votes to win anyway in the senior NT ;D

Found these questions and answers about NT U21 on the International Forum;

1. Does the owner of a player in an U21 team get a wage reduction or any cash incentive.
2. Does tactical discipline come into the equation i.e. there is no experience in this game so does it really matter if you have a team with absolutely zero tactical discipline over a team which does?
3. Do players who play for U21s get an increase in tactical discipline?
4 Do players train better who play for u21?
5. If a player gets injured while playing for U21 does the owner get compensation?
6. Do injuries heal quicker on an U21 player?
7. Is there an NT forum for NT managers, if so are there plans for an U21 one?
8. arranging friendlies - is there a benefit playing at home rather than away (same for real games also).
