still i consider my self lucky that only 12 days :D

Tomorrow we'll play against Indonesia (116 users). This will be the last we will see of our 21-yo guys in U21.
The remining matches this season we will play with our 20yo guys or younger ;)

Yes, Indonesia was a nice feather in my hat :D

I think it was a fair result... we could even had win bigger than that 4-3 and it still had been a fair result ;)

next match is U20? any chance for svanlaugsson to get in?

It will be a U21 against Australia on friday... but all players are one year older that day so you could call it U20, yes ;)

I have Svanlaugsson ranked as #6 on the next season-list for U21 attackers, so i think it will be hard for him to play so much. But he's my number 1 19-yo attacker.

I will present my rankinglist here on the forum as soon the election is over.

Okei... thats what i though... he is still too young :) but its good to know that on the same age lvl players he is nr 1... il train few more to speed this season and after that il to technique for him.
Or what do u think?

Personaly i prefer higher technique than other skills on a attacker... or at least have them equal, so i like the way you will do ;)

Today we play a friendly against U21-Australia. All the players have now been one year older, and this will be a test for a lot of new players!
It's a early start of the game, and i'm not following it 'live' cause i'm working whole day...

Amazing!

We took another very nice victory when we faught down the Australians with 3-2! I'm very satisfied with the result and the way we did it.
Good defending... Frostason was great when he entered the field, but there must be some more pace in the back, but the defenders helped eachother out in a good way!
The midfield... hmm, Bjarkasson was nice. Valdimarsson must have more stamina, but he's very nice too, for 50-60 minutes... Hannesson didn't come thrue... but we must have in mind that we have no 21 yo player who fit on our midfield, just youngsters ;)
The attackers... nothing to say... they just deliver :)

but this australian guy Drum seemed like Usain Bolt compered to island defenders.. he ran like 2x as fast as other guys on the field.. luckily his stamina seemed to suck.
