Hello! I am manager from Latvia. I play this game about 2 years. This season i get 5th place in Latvian first league- Virsliga. I like play from defense and think that Iceland have very nice defenders :)
My best this season matches:

I see that there are very strong opponents to U-21 coach place, so i need to talk more about my plans to U-21.
Scouts
I would like to have at least 2 scouts. They can be my friends from Latvia, and of course from Iceland. One will look for attacker, other for defenders and etc. If there will be some scouts from Iceland, then they with worked together with me will get some experience and be able to join next elections and be coach.
Players
I would like to make team witch is based on players who belongs to Iceland teams, because then i definitely know that they will be trained right. Iceland team didn't have lot of players like bigger sokker countries, because of that i would choose younger and talanted player that older and better in skills.
Matches
Tactic for the each match will be make or adapted for each opponent. Before games i will put in forum our lineup and references how we will play. Maybe if we have a weaker opponent, i can make before that game contest, and winner can choose some of his players, who will play some minutes on this match. That would be more interesting to you.
Very good that Kasparius registered Iceland for Mini WC, that was my idea too to join that event. In this event i will play with U-20 and U-19 too if other manager agree to play with that players.
Forums
The main thing what i want to make is very active community about NT and other things. With help from managers from your country, i will try to get more peoples in sokker from Iceland. More that 100 users would be great! That will be my biggest job- to make Iceland comunity active, more interesed in NT and NT-21 and if you will be interesed, then i know that you will train your players for NT not for earn more money. It is very nice to watch your player when they play in NT match. I know it, because 2 defenders what i train are played in U-21 Latvia and one in senior team. Thanks!
